The crew who came to do our move, made a stressful situation, a very easy one. They were very professional, most accommodating, and extremely nice. We were so impressed with the price and service, we recommended them to our friends who have booked them for their move. EXCELLENT!

So impressed with this company. The gentleman who did the move were quick, polite, and knew what to do and how to do it. They were respectful of our belongings, careful with valuables and were able to do the move without a problem. So would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. We found this company over INTERNET and were very happy with service provided. The track arrived on time and to the right location. Moving guys were very organized, polite, and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent and very kind to answer the concerns I had before the move. I had a small move a few neighborhoods over, it went smooth and quick with great communication! They had the incorrect address on file for where I was moving to but the movers asked me if it was the right address and I was able to correct it. If I were to move another time, I'd work with them again. Thank you so much!

I called them to book a move on Monday for a load time Wednesday afternoon. Ask for 3 movers instead of the usual 2. Perfect on time , professional, all their supplies ready , GREAT experience! Plus we had some laughs ! I will be booking again when I move my stuff out of storage in a few months. By the way , I let Steve do the packing in the storage unit wow. So very pleased and thank you. Very easy to work with from beginning to end. Straight forward information provided about rates and services and was able to get booked in on short notice. Both the office staff and movers were very friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that their hourly rate was very competitive and they don't add extra charges for travel, gas etc. You just pay the hourly rate for the time it takes to do the move. I would absolutely use Calgary Movers Pro again!

We used Calgary Movers Pro for a small move within our city. We were very impressed with their response time and availability. Not only were they on time, they asked if they could come early! The guys were super friendly and very respectful of our home and belongings. We had such a positive move we had to recommend them to our daughter who also moved within weeks of us. We had *** and *** help us move on Friday, Aug 6th. They were there promptly at 8am. No one was empty handed the whole time and they moved quickly and did not stop until the move was done! They were friendly, worked with smiles and did not complain once! Nothing got broken, nothing was damaged, the care that was taken was top notch. The price was extremely good for 4 fantastic guys, a 26 foot truck, with all the right equipment to protect what they needed, and no charge for travel time or fuel charge. I would not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone. My aunt told them they were "angels with wings", it was very true. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I needed movers to relocate furniture from my home to my garage. Scheduling the move was straight forward with e-document signing provided for the contract. The individual I spoke with was up front about pricing and minimum hours. I fully understood the contract prior to receiving it for signature.On the day of the move the crew arrived promptly and were very courteous and friendly. They were very good with my dog who can be quite excitable when people come to the house. We walked through what I needed done and they quickly tended to their task taking great care to protect both the furniture being moved and the walls and ceiling. The furniture was moved to where I requested in the garage and everything was well placed.The payment process was very efficient.I will use Calgary Movers Pro again in the future.

I decided to hire CMP for my daughter's move from a one bedroom apartment in a downtown high-rise to a townhouse in Glendale because they responded in a timely manner to all my emails and their rates were very competitive. Bonus was that they did not charge for mileage and gas to and from both addresses which some other movers did. The movers arrived in a timely manner and worked very efficiently both in loading and unloading. Both movers worked well together but I must commend the mover who drove the truck for 2 reasons. He needed to maneuver his 26' truck around a vehicle that was illegally parked in my daughter's stall and then he had to take some additional time to disassemble her bed-frame as it would not clear the low ceiling going upstairs to the bedroom. After that he proceeded to reassembled the bed-frame for her. We greatly appreciated that additional effort to get it upstairs to her bedroom and then put back together again. Nice job! We would definitely recommend ***. Kudos to you all at CMP.

I copy and pasted this review from another site because I would be typing forever! This company is awesome. I dont know if youve ever had the pleasure of doing an unsupervised move, but I have. Twice. I hired them to do a last minute move in December all months, and they fit me in ?. I could not be there to supervise the unpacking of my things into my storage locker. They were courteous, reassuring, followed *** protocol, never wore shoes in the house and were ***!Just yesterday I used Calgary Movers Pro again to load up my storage locker and take it to the new place Im renting. ***, I could not be there for any of the process. They put up with my relentless emails and texts with grace and reassurance. They followed my instructions to the letter. I even called both my storage locker and my landlord to see how they were treated by the movers. I was thrilled to hear that Calgary Movers Pro went above and beyond to make my move less stressful and were great to the others. Afterwards I was sent another email thanking me for my business. I am MORE than happy to do a review for them. ?

I hired Calgary Movers Pro to move furniture in my dad's house and take some pieces out for sale. They left two big scratches on the floor while moving a big piece. They tried to fix it but failed and never finished the job on time. I sent them a letter asking for the repair but got no response. Now I have to fix the floor myself and pay for it to sell the house.

I had a bad experience with Calgary Movers Pro. They messed up my furniture during the move and agreed to send someone to fix it. But then they changed their mind and told me to find my own repair person and send them the receipts. After half an hour, they said they would only pay me $250 for the damages. They arbitrarily set this limit, even though I sent them documents and images showing the actual cost of the furniture and the damages. They won't send anyone to fix it and won't pay for my own repairs, which will cost more than $250.

We hired Calgary Movers Pro to pack our stuff for our move. They said they'd send experienced packers, but the guys who showed up were actually movers who never packed before. They were nice, but they didn't do a good job. They didn't use enough packing paper, so some of our stuff broke. And some of the boxes were so heavy that two people had to carry them. We had to hire another company to repack over half of our boxes. We're disappointed because we expected better service. When we pay someone to handle our things, we want them to know what they're doing. We want half of our money back.

I hired Calgary Movers Pro to help me move on *** 25,2022. The movers messed up my walls, railings, new leather couch and . They said they'd fix everything, so I paid them with *** and gave each mover $50. I sent pics of the damage and asked for someone to call me asap. I called, emailed and left messages for 3 weeks. Finally, *** called me and sent *** to fix the walls and railings. *** was bad and didn't show up some days. I called *** to complain. She said sorry and talked to ***. The walls looked HORRIBLE after he fixed them. He did a bad job with the mudding and painting. *** said he couldn't do more and to contact the company about the *** and damaged sofa. I talked to *** and told her how bad their service was. She offered me $100 and said it'd come out of her pocket. I said I wasn't happy and they should do more to fix it. She said to wait for her manager to call me. No one called. I have walls that need to be resanded and painted, a damaged *** and damaged new Natuzzi leather couch. (Approx $2000 in damages) I left a review on their website and no one called me. I left a review on the ComplaintsBoard.com website too. I want this company to say sorry and refund me an appropriate amount. I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help me. *** cell
