Real Canadian Superstore review: extremely rude cashier

Hi there,
I wanted to complain about a very uncomfortable experience I had in Dufferin, Steeles Superstore location. The cashier, named Kathy Ann 238, was very rude and not accomodating. I purchased a few expensive products and because of her snappiness, I left the store in tears.
I do not wish to get her fired but I would appreciate if you can speak with her about her behaviour or perhaps better coach the cashiers working there. Thank you!
