So, I was trying to get some parts for my lawn mower from RCPW (rcpw.com). I sent an email to ask how long it would take to get the parts. The customer service rep told me it would take 7-10 days. I thought that was pretty reasonable, so I went ahead and placed my order. I paid for the parts and everything seemed fine.

But then, I got an email saying that the lead time was actually 60-90 days! That's a pretty big difference from what I was originally told. I was pretty upset about this, so I emailed the customer service rep who had told me 7-10 days in the first place. I wanted to let them know that I had wasted my time waiting for parts that weren't going to arrive for months.

But instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, the customer service rep just said "no problem." I was really disappointed by this response. It felt like they didn't care at all about my experience as a customer.

To make matters worse, the customer service rep I was dealing with, "Kurt," was really unprofessional. He didn't seem to take my concerns seriously and didn't seem to care about my experience at all. It was really frustrating to deal with someone who didn't seem to care about their job or their customers.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with RCPW. The lead time was way longer than I was originally told, and the customer service was really unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for parts for their lawn mower or other outdoor equipment.

Delivery was like, super fast, man. I mean, I ordered my parts and BAM! They were at my doorstep in no time. And the website, dude, it was so easy to find what I needed. I didn't have to spend hours searching through a bunch of junk I didn't need. And the best part? All the parts I ordered actually worked! And they fit like a glove, too. It's only been a week, so I'm crossing my fingers that they don't break anytime soon. But so far, so good. I'm definitely gonna use this site again when I need more parts. Highly recommend it, bro.

So, I was trying to order something from RCPW (rcpw.com) and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I placed my order and was all excited to receive my item, but then the next day, I found out that my order was cancelled. Like, what the heck? I didn't get any email or phone call or anything. It was just cancelled without any explanation.

I mean, I get it if the item is out of stock, but why isn't that clearly marked on the website? And if there's some kind of inventory issue, then at least let me know, you know? But nope, nothing.

I've been ordering stuff online for like 10 years now and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. It's just not cool, RCPW. Not cool at all.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be doing business with them again. It's just not worth the hassle. So if you're thinking about ordering from RCPW, I'd say proceed with caution. You never know what might happen.

So, I was trying to order some parts from RCPW (rcpw.com) on Monday. I put in my suite number and everything seemed fine. But then on Friday, I got a notice saying that they were cancelling my order because they didn't have my suite number. I was pretty frustrated, so I decided to call them up and see what was going on.

The first person I talked to said that Paypal was messing up and not putting in my suite number. They transferred me to someone else who supposedly could fill my order over the phone. But then they told me that they couldn't actually place orders over the phone. I was starting to get really annoyed at this point.

To make matters worse, the second person I talked to said that the part I wanted wasn't even in stock, even though the first guy had told me that they had just come in that morning. And to top it all off, the price had gone up $20 online.

They said that I could order the parts to my home without a suite number, but after this whole fiasco, I don't really trust them. It's a shame, because I was really hoping to get those parts from RCPW. But I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

I was a bit skeptical about using an online service to sharpen my chains, as I've always gone to my local shop for this kind of thing. But the prices in my area were just too high, so I decided to give RCPW a try.

Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! The service was outstanding, with a fast turnaround and great communication throughout the process. I sent them 18 chains to sharpen, ranging from 16" to 28", and the prices were the best I've seen anywhere.

What really impressed me, though, was that they identified some worn-out chains and even replaced one of them for free. These chains have cut a lot of wood, and they're still going strong thanks to RCPW's excellent work.

I'll definitely be using this company again in the future. They even sent back the bad chains with a flag marking the issue, which was a nice touch. And let me tell you, I'm not the kind of person who usually writes reviews - so the fact that I'm taking the time to do so should tell you something about how great RCPW is.

I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with my experience with RCPW. I was just trying to get my hands on some lawn mower keys from Encore, which is part of World Lawn. The list price was only $1.75 each, but when I tried to order them online, I was told I had to go through an Encore/World Lawn dealer. So I did, but boy was I in for a surprise.

The dealer quoted me $1.86 per key, which isn't a huge difference, but still. And get this - they wanted to charge me almost $8.00 just to ship three little keys that weighed less than a quarter of a pound! I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

But the real kicker was when I got an email from the dealer after I placed my order. They told me that the keys had to be specially made just for me, and it would take a couple of weeks to get them. Meanwhile, the manufacturer had told me that all three keys were "in stock" and ready to ship. What gives?

Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from RCPW again. It's just not worth the hassle and the extra cost. I mean, if they can't even get something as simple as lawn mower keys right, what else are they going to mess up?

I gotta say, I was on the hunt for a good parts website when I stumbled upon RCPW. And let me tell ya, I was blown away by the shopping and shipping experience I received. I needed a tiny part for my electric trimmer, and boy did RCPW deliver.

First off, the price was unbeatable. I checked Amazon, Ebay, and every other parts website out there, and RCPW had 'em all beat. And not only that, but I got my part delivered to my doorstep in just 2 days. That's right, 2 days from Ohio all the way to Texas (Houston, to be exact). And the cherry on top? The shipping was free. Can't beat that, folks.

I gotta give a shoutout to whoever writes those shipping update emails too. They're well-worded and actually kinda fun to read. It's the little things, ya know?

All in all, I'm super thankful I stumbled upon RCPW. I'd never heard of 'em before, but now I'm a loyal customer. Keep up the excellent work, RCPW. You've earned a fan for life.

I went on rcpw.com to order some Echo trimmer blades. Before I ordered, I called up their customer service to make sure that the blades came in a set. The person on the phone said that they did come as a set of two blades. When I got the package, I was disappointed to find that there was only one blade in it. I called up customer service again and spoke to a guy named Curt. He told me that I had to buy the second blade separately and that they never sold the blades as a pair. I was pretty upset about this, but I decided to return the solo blade to RCPW. They told me that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item back to them. This ended up being about half the cost of the blade itself! It's really frustrating, but I'm sticking to my principles and I'm going to buy from a different retailer that sells two blades for the same price as RCPW's one. Be careful when you're dealing with this company because they might try to trick you. Make sure you get the name of the person you're talking to!

I recently had a terrible experience with RCPW (rcpw.com). They asked for my shipping address and billing address separately, which made me think they were trying to commit fraud. I mean, why else would they need both addresses? It's not like they could be different or anything. It's clear that they have no idea what they're doing and are just copying templates from real ecommerce businesses.

To make matters worse, they suggested that I use PayPal instead of my American Express Platinum card. I mean, seriously? PayPal is known for being used by hackers and scammers all over the world. Why would I trust them with my money? It's clear that RCPW has no idea what they're doing and are just trying to avoid any risk associated with being an ecommerce company.

I tried to order a $300 chainsaw from them, but they canceled my order without even calling me. I had to reorder it on the day it was supposed to arrive, which cost me thousands of dollars in damages to my business. When I called them to complain, they told me that it was acceptable to cancel orders without notifying customers and that I should just use PayPal instead of my credit card.

Real businesses accept credit cards, not PayPal. Real businesses also don't damage their customers' businesses because they're too afraid to do ecommerce. If RCPW can't handle the risks associated with being an ecommerce company, then they shouldn't have opened an ecommerce storefront in the first place. I would recommend going to Home Depot instead if you need tools. At least they know how to process an order and deliver it on time. RCPW is an incompetent joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

So, I was looking for a handle for my Toro mower and I stumbled upon RCPW. I found the part I needed, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one. It's not easy to find the right part for Toro mowers, you know what I mean? Anyway, I decided to send it back and get the right one. But guess what? They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee! Can you believe it? It's just a metal rod, for crying out loud! I mean, come on, RCPW, that's ridiculous! I'm never going to use this company again. I mean, I understand that they have to make money, but this is just too much. I'm really disappointed.
