I ordered $119 of Razalean products on 24th February and its now 6th April and nothing has been delivered. Repeated emails and no reply. What a rip off this company is! How can they get away with ripping people off like this? How can a company have a support email address and not reply to ANY of my repeated emails? I have attached receipt for your attention.

I ordered the special 3 pack of RazaLean PM on 3 January 23. I received an undamaged package containing 2 bottles vs the 3 that I ordered. By feel - I realized the package was missing a bottle prior to opening it, therefore I created a video of me opening the package in case it was needed as proof. I immediately sent an email to the company support address. I have sent an email every day to this address for 4 days straight, and have yet to receive a response. I have been using this product for 3 years, and have never had a problem until now. All I am asking for is maybe a response to 1 of my 4 emails and that I get what I paid for - the missing 3rd bottle.

I ordered the 3 pack on May 30, 2022 and have still not received the products. The USPS website's last entry was on May 31, 2022 when they created a label. I have texted Razalean five times with no reply. The product was working for me so it's really a shame that I've finally asked for a refund from the company - of course, no reply and no action to date.

Razalean has not answered any of my emails, nor have they returned any of my phone calls. It is impossible to speak to a human when calling their main number: only option is to leave a voice message.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service. My several emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Their 60-day return policy is ridiculous considering how you cannot contact them. They say do not return product to their main address — so where do we send product. Soooo aggravating!

I returned my Razalean product with all of it being unopened per their return policy. When I received my credit back on my card they kept $6.57. They said it was their cost of shipping the product. No where does it say they will hold any shipping charges. This was and item because if the quantity ordered was free. The only thing was I had to pay the shipping charges back which I did. I think they should not be able to keep the other $6.57 in addition there is nowhere that amount shows except when I ask why I didn't get the full amount that was their response. You can never talk to someone in person because they won't answer their customer service number or return your call even if message and contact information is left

I purchased Razalean 10/5/2020. The merchant claimed to have a money back guarantee for 60 days. I have tried to return 3 bottles of Razalean weight loss supplements. I can't get a response to my emails. When I try to call "customer service ", the only option is to leave a message which, of course, is never returned. They claim to have a guarantee. How convenient they just ignore all requests.

They offer 100% money back satisfaction but I can't get anyone human to answer my calls. I want to send it back but there's no address and no instructions and no way to get an authorization number if they require it.

I see from other complaints that this is ongoing.

Please help me. I'm sorry I have no way to attach documents. I'm in my seventies and don't know how to do that.

I placed a order earlier this afternoon Friday Mar 13 -2020 It showed my order and said a receipt would be sent to my email. As of this time I have not received a confirmation receipt! Should I be calling my credit card, this company was highly rated in consumer tests! [protected]@gmail.com. I had searched the site, read there guarantee! Felt that with the support and reviews it would be worth spending their higher cost. Now I don't know if I have an order placed or not! Would appreciate acknowledging!

I purchases RazaLean at least a month ago I quit taking because it gives me so much gas and the diaherra so I can't take them any more. There is over a half bottle of pills in the first bottle the other 2 are unopened, what do I do with the pills left. I would like a refund if possible I would also like to return the unused bottles. I ordered 5 bottles of this with a 100% money back guarantee. I returned 4 unopened bottles and 1 half full bottle. They said more than one bottle was opened so I got back half my money. Don't believe their lies about 100% money back guarantee, I had to stop taking because it caused major migraine headaches.
I explained that I only opened one bottle and the rest stayed in the envelope they were shipped and returned in. They have done nothing to resolve this issue. I'm out the money, after two weeks migraines are finally gone.
