(1) Bottle of TRUST Enhancer...For a total of $ 228.40 . Which have already been Charged to my Credit card! I would like to know Why I haven't gotten my product (1)..., And (2) Why is it so hard to make contact with this Company if they are So Up front and Honest? I am getting the feeling I have been taken advantage of...I would like to Think I made the right choice in choosing them, I just hope I am NOT Wrong and can resolve this issue with Me Receiving What I "PAID FOR"!

but yet not received the product.I've been send many time email, unfortunately until today quiet something like send to spams web.Are they all like this?why no reply when the customer looking for help? You all big LIAR! I'm trust any more dealing with US web. A lot of spam...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Money transfered-product not delivered so far and no response from the company
I have ordered the product GHR1000 & Z-Tropin on 4/25/2008. I have paid $235.90 through my credit card. But the product was not delivered so far and no response from the Company, despite several emails and a written letter sent by me.
same issue, I paid through paypal, transaction 3EK173569Y554541S, and I never had been delivered.
I ordered three bottles of the GHR 100 and i bottle of the Z-Tropin spray last Thurs.3/22/"12, , ordered online, pd. with an Am. Ex. card, rec. an email right away, was kept posted of the shipping the whole time...tracking etc. It arrived today, Tues. 3, 27, "12.
My entire experience with Austin Research went perfectly. I hadn't even read the reviews regarding this co.I just couldn't remember what the Z-tropin was for so I went on line to look it up and accidentally ran across the review page and was shocked to see so many negative reviews.I sure many of you will think that this positive review is fake but, I can assure you IT IS NOT!
You people are thieves, criminal, wicked people… I have order almost two years now and I pay via pay pal and yet still I have not gotten my goods and money back. Wicked people died wicked way and there shall be mourning for the rest of your lives if my money is not pay back.
The same happen to me unfortunatly. I placed the order only 7 days ago and thought it was odd that I hadn't recieved a email stating that the order was placed. The money was debited the next day of course and now after not being able to call them nor able to leave a voicemail I'm afraid I've been scammed too. It's very unfortunate this is what honest people have to deal with. I plan on digging until I'm satified I've done everything I can to get others not to make the same mistake. I experienced the same issue. Also placed an order, credit card was debited immediately, but no product and no answer forthcoming. This really seems to be a scam, and I am on the point of handing this over to interpol for investigation.
