Rawson Property Group / Rawson Residential Franchises – Rawson Strandfontein

Tenant deposit used for repairs that was not delivered. This payment was explicitly unauthorised. To date no remediation and Rawson Strandfontein advised to take their contractor to the small claims court yet they cannot themselves locate him. The mandate was with Rawson and they instructed and paid the contractor. This is unacceptable. Neither repairs nor payment has been received 3 months later whilst they aware the property is sold and the sale is conditional on certain repairs.
