Rawson Property Group / Rawson Residential Franchises review: Poor service and communication

I am currently letting out my property and have signed a contract with Rawson North Riding in Gauteng.

I have had numerous issues with them, ranging from being double charged my monthly agent fee to poor communication and even authorisation of a pool repair of R4000 without getting two quotes and the only time I became aware of it was 2 months later when I saw it on my statement. This was eventually resolved after much chasing up on my part.

The most recent incident involved 2 repairs being done without notifying me. I only became aware at the end of the month. This is after the agents called me to make arrangements for the tenants not being able to make full rent. I sent an email stating I am not happy and would like to know the earliest instance where I could cancel my contract with them. It has been more than a week and there is no response. I am fed up and would like to escalate the matter.
