Ralph Laurenlost package. no update from ralph lauren

I have purchased items last August to be delivered to a shipping cart warehouse which will then ship my items to me. However, I haven’t received my items as of October 16. When I checked with UPS, they told me that they have delivered the parcel last Sept 11. Shipping Cart customer service has replied on my inquiry and told me that they received an empty parcel with tracking no 1ZA17A690342154440. Until now I haven’t received any update from Ralph Lauren. This is very frustrating

    The same happens to me. RL customer service is very disappointing. I bought clothes and stuff and spent 500 dollars, however the package is lost! I called RL customer service many times and every time they told me they will issue the credit back but one month passed, I never received it! I will never buy anything from RL again! I would buy polo assosciation instead! I won't buy any RL stock either... the Customer service is surprisingly poor in this digital information economy!!
