I strongly advise against trusting the reviews you may come across about RadvisionWorld. Unfortunately, I fell victim to their deceitful practices and lost my hard-earned money. These individuals are experts at scamming innocent people, and their most notorious scheme revolves around the Germany jobseeker visa scam.

They will initially ask for a significant sum of money from you, and in return, they will paint a picture of grandeur, claiming to have exclusive access to embassy interview dates and promising to send you to Germany within a mere two months, with a highly lucrative job awaiting you.

However, as time passes, an entire year in my case, all you will receive are empty emails stating that they are still searching for embassy dates. Nothing ever materializes, and eventually, they will send you a notice claiming that their services have been completed. If you dare to question their actions and inquire whether this is theft or robbery, be prepared for their legal team to respond with rude, insensitive, and almost criminal replies.

Radvision immigration services is a defraud organization and you will lose your money, time, energy, and patience with these guys. I can write an essay about their mis-deeds and ill-will but summarizing things crisply:

1. Their team is completely unprofessional and it is your duty to follow up with them for all your work & tasks.

2. Their team does not know the immigration process(I should not be generalizing this but at least the agents assigned to me, did not know the immigration process for Australia).

3. They will collect all the money upfront in chunks and make your life miserable as now it is your onus and duty to move ahead with your application by pleading to them.

4. They are uncouth, uncourteous and do not understand customer service, what so ever. I told them that I will file a legal complaint against me and they tried to threaten me by saying that they will file a complaint against me.

5. They are not good communicators and thus it increases the application processing time and muddies your chances of having a clean application and process.

Long story short, please do not use their services. You may want to spend few extra bucks but if you get peace of mind and someone who drives your application process, trust you me, that is a much better experience than working with these knuckleheads for saving a few dough.

Hey guys, my name's Mahesh and I gotta tell ya, I never thought I'd be writing a negative review about this consultant. But let me tell ya, I've been totally ripped off by these guys. So, I reached out to them recently for help with a work permit job in Canada, and boy did they make some fake promises. They were all like, "We'll help you get a job, 100%! We'll even give you training before the interview!" And I was like, "Alright, sounds good."

I mean, seriously, what kind of consultant charges 30 grand for just one round of interview? And to top it all off, they're not even responding to my calls or messages. It's been a nightmare dealing with these guys, and I just wanna warn everyone out there not to trust a word they say. They'll promise you the moon and then change their tune. But hey, apart from that, Radvision World had my back. They created and updated my profile, kept an eye out for draws, and even helped me with my resume. And their response time? Lightning fast, man! Like within an hour or so, they'd get back to me. So, if you don't mind shelling out a bit of cash now (trust me, once you're there and earning, the fees won't even matter), I'd totally recommend going through a consultant like Radvision World. Of course, you can do your own research and read reviews to find a good one. I mean, my friend went with Campbell Cohen, and they had a good experience too. But at the end of the day, it's your call, ya know? If you're confident enough to do it on your own, go for it! But if you want that extra safety net, a consultant is the way to go. RadvisionWorld's process for taking money from innocent people is truly appalling. Let me break down the steps they take to deceive individuals:

First, they obtain your contact information from job portals like Naukari.com. In my case, a person named Mohit reached out to me. They then request your resume and documents for screening, making it seem legitimate. To further convince you, they have fake Google reviews and ratings. However, all of these reviews and ratings are fabricated.

The very next day, they call you again, claiming that the screening is complete and your profile is suitable for an Irish visa. They demand a payment of a certain amount to proceed with the process. Once you make the payment, they send you a contract copy stating that the amount is non-refundable. They also promise to arrange 1-2 interviews.

Their HR department will then email you, informing you that your profile has been shortlisted for a company called XYZ. However, when you research the company's profile or website, you quickly realize that it appears to be fake and irrelevant to your profile.

Surprisingly, you receive a call from Poland, even though you applied for an Irish visa. A lady on the phone asks you irrelevant questions that have nothing to do with your profile. After a few minutes, she informs you that she will let you know the results soon.

After waiting for 10-15 days, you receive a response email from Radvision's HR stating that you have not been selected. If you ask for the original rejection email from the employer, they refuse, citing their policies of not sharing employer details.

But the story doesn't end there. You then receive another email from Radvision's HR team, stating that they are floating your resume in the market again. This entire process of 5 to 7 steps is repeated once more.

Finally, after all this, they send you a thank-you email, claiming that they have fulfilled their contract with you. Radvision, you've done a great job! Keep up the good work! Unfortunately, I am not strong enough to pursue legal action against you. However, after my first interview with Crowley, I realized that I had fallen victim to a scam for an Irish work visa. They conducted fake interviews with two ladies who asked irrelevant questions.

I won't argue about this anymore. I believe in karma, and I trust that God is watching. You have stolen my hard-earned money, which is equivalent to one month's salary. But I firmly believe that you will have to pay back three times the amount soon because karma works in mysterious ways. As the saying goes, "you will get what you served."

I had a really bad experience with Radvision World Consultancy. I started my process for a German job seeker visa in December, and they told me it would take three months. They said that once I paid the full amount, my process would start and a case manager would be assigned to me. They promised to help me with my visa application and said that once I received the visa, my interview would begin. If I was selected, I would be able to fly to Germany. However, there were many problems with the process that they never mentioned.

They assured me that the visa would only be canceled if the documents were fraudulent. But unfortunately, my visa was canceled because my case manager did not support me well and my documents were not properly prepared. Some of my documents were even missing.

I have included my email conversation with Radvision below for reference. They seem to think that by having me sign a document, they have evidence and can do whatever they want. But they are mistaken. In my case, I did not receive proper support from Miss Nidhi, my case manager. Because of her mistake, my visa was rejected. So I definitely need a 100% refund from Radvision.

The email address that you see at the top was given to me by Mrs. Sukanya to send any queries. However, when I sent an email, I did not receive any reply. They know they are frauds and they know they made a mistake, so they had no words to reply. But I will take this matter to the consumer court to escalate it. I need my money back.

I paid Radvision to help me with the complete documentation, but they did not fulfill their responsibilities. I sent all my documents by post to Radvision and my case manager, Nidhi. If she found that my cover letter was missing, she should have prepared it because I paid Radvision for that service. They knew that the cover letter was the most important document, yet she sent me the documents without it and told me to open them on the day of my visa interview. When I asked her if I needed to do anything, she simply said no.

We have received your request for a refund. You started the process with us on 14/12/2016 for a Germany Temporary resident work visa. All the legal formalities, such as the legal agreement and invoice, were completed. We released the document checklist for the Germany process on 27/12/2016.

As of now, you are asking for a refund because you went for the embassy interview. Unfortunately, your visa application was rejected by the embassy twice for miscellaneous reasons, and you were unable to convince them. It is completely the embassy's decision whether to approve or reject a visa.

In this scenario, Radvision is not liable for any refund. It is also mentioned in the agreement that you signed that there will be no refund if the file goes on hold or gets rejected.

So, as per the clauses described above, Radvision is not liable for any refund in case of visa rejection by the embassy.
