This is my second complaint: I am DISGUSTED by Radisson’s behaviour. I have already made a complaint and received no response.
I am allergic to pork. I was assured in the restaurant the dish had no pork, indicating that I had an allergy. The waitress indicated she understood. There was no reference to pork on the menu. The calzone contained… pork. A great deal of pork. My gut then bled for three days. This affected my holiday. Were this to happen to a Muslim or Orthodox Jew, they’d raise Cain. Were this a customer with a peanut allergy, the outcome could be fatal.
Claimed loss: The cost of my dinner - £88.83. Given that the room was less than fresh and the entire hotel down at heel, my entire stay should be reimbursed.
Desired outcome: A full apology and financial restitution - I would not feel safe staying there again. I want the menu to be thoroughly overhauled and staff given additional training.
