Booked 4 nights (Nov 13-17) with breakfast superior room for 19,704.04 rsd at the Belgrade Art Museum (res 1HC75DJ1 through Radisson.) This hotel is located in Old Town and taxi can't drop you off at the hotel due to pedestrian only street. For people with mobility issues such as my husband it's very difficult to walk a considerable distance pulling your luggage over uneven pavement. Radisson should mention this on their website! Superior room is very small with no amenities (hand towels, coffeepot, etc.). Bed extremely uncomfortable, and linens are inferior quality. Breakfast rated as exceptional and it was anything but exceptional. Definitely not up to Radisson standards. During breakfast a young girl vomited all over her food, table & floor which was not an appetizing experience. Told management we couldn't stay 3 more nights due to all of the above and requested 3 nights credit which management refused to do. Radisson overbilled us on Nov 14 check out - 75,292.76 rsd. Overall, a most terrible experience at Radisson Belgrade Art Museum.
