Radisson Hotels customer service

Date of the incident: 13 September.
Booking reference: 1TBPH0H6
A staff wrongly changed my name on my Radisson Rewards account without my permission during a booking for a room, the staff also made mistake on the guest name on the booking and payment. I used my rewards points to redeem the room, and indeed, they have taken 45, 000 points away from my account, but the booking confirmation letter still asks me to pay 85.27 pounds. I have emailed Radisson customer service many times, they refuse to solve any problem and ask me to provide some very personal documents in order to change the name on my Radisson Rewards account back to my name. I just feel treated by the customer service very appallingly, it is their staff that illegally and wrongly changed my name on my account without my permission in the first place, now they insist me to provide some very personal documents in order to correct it. I did email them my Radisson Rewards PLATINIUM card, which shows my name, they just ignored it.

Desired outcome: (1) Change the name on my Radisson Rewards account back to my name; (2) Correct the guest name on the booking; (3) make it clear there is no payment is needed as they have taken 45,000 points away from my account

Radisson Hotels Faulty booking site and unprofessional staff

On 9/11/21, I submitted a reservation request for 9/19/21-9/21/21 through the online booking site. The rooms were noted to be $99/per night as long as I paid for the stay upfront, which I did. Upon my credit card being charged, the reservation dates changed to 9/12-9/14/21. When I called I was told that there online site doesn't magically change and that if the dates were wrong, it was my fault. When I asked if I could just move the reservation to the dates I needed, I was told that I could if I prepaid for those dates, which does not make any sense given they already charged me for the 9/12-9/14/21 stay. No attempt at all to be helpful or professional. Very poor experience!

Radisson Hotels Harrasment & mental torture

So they did it again, Yes, the Radisson Blue Kaushambi, is one of the worst places to be visited, for any reason you may ask for. Like wise I was here yesterday for a photography shoot for my client, who invited me there to get there memories recorded for lifetime. But to my surprise that, Radisson Blue Kaushambi branch must had improved by some standards by now as what my past experience, I received same digusting, unprofessional, non customer friendly, discriminatory attitude, self obessed brand, unsafe and much to add, as a most disgusting place to be visited. From front desk managers to manager to events, and from floor managers to security managers, non has an hospitality attitude towards guest visiting there place for no matter any reason, like I was there with my team to shoot pictures and video for a wedding. Last couple of years back I filled a complaint realted to there missconduct and discrimantory behaviour tonwards the guest like us, who visit there with there clients invite to capture there precious moments, which later they applogised via mail and telephonic calls, asking me to be compensated for disripect and unprofessional behaviour given to me, through free lunch and dinner for family, which I obviously rejected. From that experience I listed this place to my blacklist and did my best to not visit or grab any membership of Radisson till date for my family nor my friends. But yesterday I was again invited by my guest to visit kaushambi branch for a wedding shoot, and here I am today again dipressed, tortured mentally, harrased physically and restless due to insulting behaviour by all dedicated managers of the Hotel.
By my yesterday experience it is evident that Radisson is the worst place to be visited and to be marked as a highlight, a most disrespectful place hospitality industry. Especially the Kaushambi branch in Ghaziabad to be precise. They pretend to showcase as one of the most sophiticated mangement but they are the worst in all category. In last couple of yrs from my experience I rejected all my projects and invite to this place, as its name only gets me uncomfortable.
I had to make a mark here again for all to point out the unhealthy practice this hotel is doing, and someway they are disrespecting there guest self respect and dignity. The practice of defining guest, by there profession and disrespectfully presurise them to enter the hotel from back door, parking lot & kitchen area, is totally unacceptable. Places where only hotel staff should be access to is where we are forced to enter the hotel, and again harming my self respect as if we are some different part of society. The worst part is making our bags and equipments opened infront of those who hardly know its worth and sesitivity. Being asked to be checked while getting In from basement and paid parking to getting exit from same messy back door with re check our bags, as if we are thiefs. I give my concern to be checked and inspected while entering hotel, but only from Front entry of hotel, like all prestigious hotels do, not the back door basement door. Disgusting...!
And which hotel ask there guest bags to be checked, while leaving from hotel after being there invited to attend a ceremony. This was rediculous and totally unacceptable from me to digest a attitude from any Hotel. The loss of self respect and humilation that I received yesterday and my fellow members is disgraceful for Radisson Hotel and totally unacceptable to my dignity. I pledge not to be part of Radisaon brand in any how and any way in future to protect my Self Esteem. Brands like Taj and others who are much ahead from Radisson has a very gracefull attitude towards every guest and individual entering the Hotel. I never faced any issue ever till date at my age today at 45 yrs, as I had been visiting regularly for my clients as well my own relaxing timeout. But this place (Radisaon, Kaushambi) has a fairy good well trained unprofessional staff hired, to mess up with hospitality industry & its ethics. My remark today may surprise some or may make them agree to the embarisement Im felling now, but this is actual fact this hotel has in its roots. My many good friends and part of hospitality industry in prestigious Hotels, and it came to there surprise & shock, when I shared my experience of Radisson to them. This humilation and Insult has made my night sleepless...!
I'll make sure from today, that I strictly BAN Radisson for every occasion, today & further in my life ahead, for all my friends and family events. As to my professional approach ill make sure my client dosent approach this hotel for sure. From now onwards Radisson Kaushambi is strictly NO NO for me on professional & personal front.

Radisson Kaushambi is not paying our overdues of supply of non veg items. We supplied the materials before coved 19 and till date they are not releasing our payments and the amount due is more than 20 lakhs. We are thinking of giving them legal notice for recovery of our payments. Please help. [protected]

Radisson Hotels Radisson, Galveston Beach, TX.

It was horrible experience staying at this hotel on Aug 3. I paid around $250 and was expecting a good service. I took some pictures and can provide that if needed. I am going to load these pictures with my reviews on travel related websites so that people don't get ripped off. Here are some of my feedback.

1. My booking included a breakfast but when I checked in I was told that there is no breakfast. That was a big disappointment as I have little kids and its a big convenient to have breakfast at the hotel you are staying. I am hoping to get some money back for not providing breakfast.

2. Room was a good size but cleanliness wasn't there. Extra sofa bed was dirty. My son slept on it and his back was hearting when he woke up in the morning. It wasn't comfortable at all.

3. Thermostat stopped working. I tried to call front desk but phone in the room wasn't functional. I tried to call from my cell but no one would answer. I went to front desk but no one was there. I tried to call and after couple of attempt I was able to get hold of someone. I was told that someone would come to fix. The same lady at the front showed up to change battery and after unsuccessful attempt she offered us a new room.

4. My kids wanted to go for swimming, but it wasn't clean at all. You can easily figure that out just by looking at water. Restroom by swimming pool was so nasty that you can't even stand there.

5. AC vent were dirty. You can see dirt on them and I have pictures of those as well.

6. Toilet paper handle was broken.

Radisson Hotels Front Desk

Room was gorgeous, hotel in general was great. Front desk was horrible, charged 100 incidental but site said only charged 60. Rude acting, stated they had to make sure we did not trash the room, we are not like that, but the entire first floor hallway smelled of marijuana. We only stayed one night. Checked out with Benji and she was so very rude, did not process my incidental credit and when I called she hung up on me three times, spoke to me very condescending, when I asked her to be quiet and listen she told me that was rude, but it was not rude, I needed her to just listen and she would not listen to me. When I said I come to the Dallas area, she laughed and said this is Fort Worth. I will never go back there again and I did contact Corporate.

Radisson Hotels Hotel Stay July 14 and 15, 2021 Country Inn and Suites by Raddison in Sumter SC

I made a reservation for a king suite for 5 days at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Sumter SC. When we arrived they gave us a room and all the furniture was in the middle of the room. They said that the room was being deep cleaned and not completed so I don't know why they gave us that room to begin with. They moved us to another king suite and the door lock was being worked on. They could not repair it so they finally put us in a room with two queen beds. I booked this hotel because I thought Radisson was a higher class hotel. This was the biggest dump I have ever stayed in. We would've been better staying at a Motel 6 or Super 8. It was filthy dirty. The carpet was gross. When we sat on the toilet bowl it would move and were afraid that it was going to tip over. The faucets in the sink and tub were loose. When we checked in they told us that breakfast was being served from 6 am to 9 am. When we went down to get breakfast they used the excuse that the delivery truck did not come in. That happened again the next morning. Then is when we decided to call around for another hotel. We checked out after two days on our five day reservation. I am very unhappy with this hotel and believe they give Radisson a bad name. A lady at the front desk by the name of Lillian was very nice and understanding. The manager did not do anything to help.

Radisson Hotels Quad cities - radisson 111 east second street davenport ia 52801

July 14th 21 - Jeffery McGowan complained 3 time nothing has been done
-Tried to check in 1:30am - sent me to 2 different rooms photos below
-3 room was fine took over 1hour to get settled

Next Day - Employees & Guests tried to enter the room multiple times they didn't know I was in the room.

This is totally dangerous

Radisson Hotels Product and services not provided as advertised

My family stay was for one night from 7/16/21 to 7/17/21. Our air conditioning didn't work, we had no refrigerator, the coffee supplies were missing, and the pool was closed. We were told the pool was closed due to Covid. Everything is now open in New York so we were not told the truth. After sending a security guard to "fix" a maintenance problem for the air conditioning, the staff change my room at 11 pm. at night. By this hour my family should have been settled in and resting. However, the air conditioning was at best, minimal. My family was hot and exhausted from a full days travel. I'm guessing the hotel was having equipment issues that went unresolved with their cooling system. We received zero comfort in your hotel staff support.

I am requesting a full refund for my family's stay. Your hotel did not provide a decent place to rest our heads.

Radisson Hotels Bad room

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wolfchase-Memphis, TN, Cordova. The room had mold-wet curtains and wet bolsters from leaking ceiling and cracks in the ceiling. Leaking water from ceiling. The manager did not care after told. The room and hotel was not clean. please see the pictures. The manager played me off as if she didnt care. I am a rewards member and this hotel was nasty

Radisson Hotels Bugs and odor

Radisson Hotels Room odor and bed bugs. Management refuse to give me a senior citizens, my 702.60 back.

Radisson Hotels Country inn & suites dahlgren, virginia

COMPLAINT!
On Saturday, June 26, my wife, granddaughter, and I checked in at Country Inn & Suites in Dahlgren, VA. We were placed in room 105 with a queen size bed and a convertible couch provided for our granddaughter. After dinner that evening, we attempted to open the convertible couch only to discover that the space provided was at least one foot less than what was required.

The clerk on duty, a Mister Dean Mosely, immediately came to our room to assist and concluded with us that, unless the desk in the room was moved into the hallway, it was not possible to open the convertible couch. He then transferred us to room 126, with a king size bed and convertible couch and helped us move our luggage.

With his assistance we opened the convertible couch in room 126 only to discover that the foot of the couch mattress touched the king size bed. This, of course complicated getting in and out of the king size bed and could have easily been remedied by locating the king size bed further from the couch.

I have been in two of the rooms at the Dahlgren establishment and found rather serious shortcomings in both. Are these shortcomings common in other Country Inns or unique to the one in Dahlgren? I hope that you can respond to me on these questions before we depart on our tour of New England in early August.

On a more positive note, I would like to commend Mr. Mosely, the Dahlgren employee who so ably assisted us. I hope that recognition of his good services is passed on to him by you.

To whom it may concern,
Country Inn Beckely Vagina (Centennial Room). It is hard to believe that this hotel is a Radisson Hotel.
We arrived on Friday June the 18th being Father's day week end every hotel had raised rates to ridiculous rates. ($459.00 for one night) Traveling we decided to stay two nights.
We first were surprised how big the room was and how nice it looked. But upon our stay we had several issues. Several lights were not working; service man said he would have to replace the lamps. We never saw him again. Both davenports were badly stained. When we removed the cushions on pull out bed we found horrible stains on them. We had to ask Housekeeping to tidy up our room and to leave fresh linens. Both TV remotes were bad and had to be replaced. The channel selections were bad. All windows and mirrors were badly smeared.
I spoke with Manager Saturday morning; he did bring us two remotes. I showed him the several situations in the room. He agreed with the issues.
The coffee in lobby was without on two occasions. The restroom in the lobby had no towels.
Found mold on my bagel.
Swimming pool is in dire need of repairs.
I have several pictures of issues, if you would like to see.

Radisson Hotels Reservation assistance

Today I was attempting to add an additional room to my existing reservation with Country Inn and Suites. The representative that answered my call was extremely unprofessional and rude. As I was explaining my request, he disconnected the call and I was forced to go through the wait and process all over again. I am a legal customer and a Gold member with Radisson rewards program.

Radisson Hotels The motel disrespected us and canceled our room.

I had a room booked at the motel in Williamsburg va. For my 12 year old son birthday. We had plan to take him to water country for 2 days he was so excited. We showed up to the hotel a little early to check in but they said our room was not ready. They told us to come back and then we didn't get to the room til 10 pm because we went to water country and then our car wouldn't start so we had to wait 2 and a half hours for AAA to come help us. Our son is already unhappy because of the wait to get car fixed and then they said they canceled our room to because they ran my card which I didn't think they were going to do it was to hold the room. So since we were coming long distance for the day and night it was late. So we had to go back home and we were super tired. My son has seizures so he had a bad headache and wanted to stay. I just had cancer surgery in my stomach on Monday we were celebrating that to. I'm cancer free. Thank God. So I never had a problem with booking a motel through booking.com before and our card was never charged even if we came later. The lady was loud and rude to us in front of other people. We will never stay there or refer it to No one ever again. Disrespected.

Radisson Hotels Country Inn & Suites Tulsa, OK

I reserved a room at Country Inn & Suites as I was driving to the Tulsa Airport from Missouri in preparation for an early flight out on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021. When I arrived at the hotel I noticed that there were people milling about both inside the lobby and out in the parking lot - as I started to pay more attention, I saw things that looked unsettling and suspicious.

For instance, the young woman who was checking in ahead of me, was acting very paranoid/nervous, talking loud trying to make small talk with the front desk man and kept looking out the lobby doors at a man who was waiting for her in front of the hotel. I shrugged it off and waited and proceeded to talk to the front desk person who was Indian and I believe was also the owner of the hotel, as I had spoken to him a day earlier when I was making my reservation.

While he checked me in, a woman came down the stairs into the lobby and walked right past me and she was out of her mind "high"on something - walking comatose. She proceeded out the door and into a waiting car with darkened windows and a man inside. Then I noticed another woman who came in after me - also with a male counter part waiting for her outside the lobby and she was agitated and nervous. When I looked at her she looked down and didn't ever make eye contact with me, while we both waited for our turn at the front desk.

I started feeling very uncomfortable with the people who I had encountered in the lobby and outside the front entrance. I did not see anyone who looked like they were a normal traveler - everyone I saw looked like a drug dealer or user. Oddly, when the front desk man gave me my key, he instructed me to go to the rear of the building and enter my 2nd floor room from that rear staircase. I didn't understand this, but was tired from my long drive from Missouri and just wanted to get into bed so I could get up early the next morning for my flight.

I got into my car, again noticing more cars with lots of damage to them and dark tinted windows and guys milling about or in the cars. When I drove to the rear of the building there was limited parking and the one space that was available was next to an older model black sportscar (again all beat up) with very darkened windows with a guy sitting in it. This was right by the rear entrance. My danger/warning signals went off that I would not be parking here and getting out of my car and going up to my hotel room with all this going on. I could tell this was a very unsafe place for a single woman alone. And it was all starting to be clear to me by this time that there was some kind of drug activity going in at this location.

I immediately, drove back to the front of the building and parked and locked my car and went back to the front desk and spoke to the man who had just checked me in, literally 5 minutes earlier and I told him I did not feel safe to stay at his hotel due to the people I had seen coming and going in the short time I had been there. I also explained that I did not feel safe to enter the rear of the building to go to my room on the second floor, where there were more people that looked very sketchy in cars and walking around that area. I asked him for a refund and he said he could not do that because it was after 7pm - I have no idea what bearing that has on anything. But all I wanted to do was get the heck out of there because I felt really unsafe.

So I left and made some calls and found another place to stay at the Tulsa Airport.

I am completely appalled that a Radisson property could be operated in this manner- allowing criminals to roam the parking lot and hotel, clearly dispensing drugs of a serious kind to young women. I am also submitting my complaint - because it is more than a complaint, it is a safety matter. I have never felt so unsafe in my life and I did not sleep that night because of how upsetting and vulnerable this experience made me.

Radisson Hotels Manager/employees were disrespectful and rude

Good Morning, my name is Michelle Rojas.
This incident occurred in Newnan, GA on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 1:30 pm.
I was trying to get some information on why I was being charge on a room that I wasn't staying in. The girl in the front desk checked me in under my friends room, it was under his name but my card. He booked two rooms by accident. So he cancelled one room. That room was cancelled before even showing up from his phone before 4:00 pm because we were aware if we didn't we would be charged an extra fee. They charged my card for the cancelled room, plus another charge I wasn't aware of. I asked why I was being charged and to give me an explanation, the Manager was very rude and disrespectful when I was just looking for answers. She told me she cancelled both of my friends room because she wanted too, and that when my friend walked in she put BOTH (even the cancelled one) rooms back in his name to give him problems when he checked in. She kept hanging up on me so she wouldn't have to deal with it, what kind of manager does that? We kept calling back and she even told the employees to hang up on us too, we asked for the Managers name and they wouldn't give it to us. I already filed a dispute on my credit card, I just want the money back for the room that was cancelled and the other charge that I'm not aware of. I have never dealt with a manager like that before, she should be fired because doesn't know how to treats her customer, nor fix any issues.

Radisson Hotels Room 625 Radisson blu Toronto March 4 2021

The room I stayed in, the mirrors in the bathroom someone had put profanity on the mirrors that showed up when the shower steamed up. It was very disturbing... (f*k off. You are a fa*ot. My first thought, someone is in my room. Then I realized staff had most likely not cleaned the mirrors
I found it very hard to sleep in that room and in the morning
I brought it to the front desk attention. But no refund was offered at that time.
I began to wonder how safe the room was from a covid perspective.
I would like a full refund.

Subject: Valentine's Day from hell

Hello Etienne,

Where do I start! Absolute Neglect from booking staff caused a Valentines evening to be spoiled. I was contacted by Radisson on Thursday last week two days before our booking to upgrade to their valentine's package. R850 extra for two massages, a platter and the room to be done up romantically. I thought this was great and wanted to surprise my husband without him knowing. I did however express 2 concerns I had one was about that we will not have time to do the couples massages and asked if that could maybe be substituted for a bottle of champagne the second was that we are vegan and if we could get a vegan platter. After consulting with the manager I was contacted back to confirm that she managed to organize the substitute. Great! Booked confirmed. I called front desk on Friday the 12 Feb to confirm that everything is in order and I got confirmation that it was.

Arrived on Saturday the 13th just after 4 to check into our romantic room and so excited to surprise my husband. As our card was being charged the amount fid not correspond to the upgrade I made. SADLY I had to spoil the surprise because now I had to ask if the upgrade and addition was made to the room. Only to find that nothing of the sorts was made and all of a sudden no one knows anything about the 3 telephonic conversations we had and 2 confirmations I did previous to the evening. We were moved to another room that was made up already and assured that the champagne and vegan platter will be sent up promptly to make up for this unfortunate mishapp from your staff.

After offloading our bags in the room we decided to have a cocktail downstairs whilst we wait for the platter and champagne to be set up. As we got down to the lobby we were met by a restaurant staff member I think he was the trainee manager who assured us that the platter is almost done and will be up shortly. The cocktails was about an hour and when we finished we went up to our room only to find the champagne. Confused we called the front desk to ask where is our platter and was told she could see them and they are on their way. That was around 5:30pm. 6pm and starving we called again because no platter had arrived. With another empty promise that it's on its way. By 7pm and after another 2 phonecalls to locate our platter it finally arrived. And what a disappointment, our platter consisted of the follow: a bunch of grapes, a few berries, 4 pepperdews and olives, a table spoon of seeds. As a moder upmarket hotel establishment surely you can offer vegans more than a silly few pieces of fruit.

Starving we now had to get out of the robes dressed to now go downstairs to find more food. The fact that we waited so long for a bunch of fruit is rediculous and frankly terrible service. Found ourselves having to go backwards and forwards with the kitchen as there was simply nothing except and over priced salad that they could offer us to eat. My point was simply that a salad I could've bought hours ago already from the spar across the road. No where were we made to feel like anyone was even remotely interested in trying to suggest a solution for us. And surely you have trained chefs who could've easily whipped up something small to make up for the already lost romantic evening we where so looking forward too! Alas we settled on 3 sides, rice, potatoes mashed, side veggies. As that is sadly the ONLY thing we were offered.

By 8pm we had to YET AGAIN call to find out where is our food. When it finally arrived after 8pm we where charged over R200 for 3 side dishes! The potatoes was just boiled and mashed NO SEASONING, NO SALT nothing to make it even a bit paletable. The Rice was the same cooked with NO SALT and the veggies was such a small amount that it hardly made the meal exciting.

My heart was shattered that I now spend so much money for what actually? For substandard service, terrible food, hours of our evening lost, and for it to become a lasting memory of the worst Valentines evening anyone could have
