RaceTrac it being closed when it is supposed to be open.

I have came to this location 2 nights now and it is closed. Is there an exact reason of it being closed when obviously there is a car here? The first time I came the worker was cleaning the outside and when we pulled up ran inside and closed the door. I do not get what is going on so let me know. For the last month, I have not been able to get a receipt at the pump at this location. Every time I get gas, I cannot get a receipt. I get the message, "See cashier for receipt".
