I tried for weeks to send a return to QVC. When I would email or chat with them, I was given the run around that there was a glitch in printing a return label.
Finally, I was able to talk to a very nice woman who told me that I would receive a return label in the mail in two weeks' time. How insane is that?
I asked her if I would be charged because I was not able to ship my return back within the time limit. She told me, no I would not because I had contacted QVC.
I did not receive a return label.
I packaged my return myself and paid shipping on my own.
I have never received credit for this order return.
I consider this a scam and QVC will never receive my business again.
