​My trading account was recently terminated under Clause 1.28 (multiple accounts) due to a beginner's mistake. I accept the platform's decision to permanently close my trading accounts, and I am not asking to trade on the platform again. However, according to international financial compliance and Quotex’s own general protocols, the platform has no legal right to confiscate my original, untouched deposit once my real identity is proven.
​The internal support system is completely automated and keeps closing my tickets with copy-pasted bot responses (referencing Clause 2.2.4), refusing any human review.
