new user package
Hello,
I contacted customer service about the new customer package. They advised I was eligible and I specifically asked if there was any restrictions. As in stipulations on withdrawals for example. I was told no restrictions in proceeded to accept , then after one trade and wanting to make a withdrawal it was rejected. Being told that I needed to make ten trades before I can withdrawl. at no stage was I told this before accepting the package, I contacted customer service they advised of the ten trades before withdrawl then Said if I doubled my balance and then traded once I could withdraw. I do not have the funds to do this. my uid is 81106 and my name is David Quirk.
Desired outcome: I wish to cancel the new user package and withdraw my funds as if I can't this will leave me in financial difficulties. Also if a customer asks about any restrictions, you advise them of this rule before accepting the new user package.

Never deal with Grayscale Investments.
I myself wanted to invest, as this company is famous and seems that they earn enough. But I always read reviews before dealing with companies and it saved me from making the biggest mistake. I am not going to waste your time by describing it here, I think you have to Google that by yourselves to understand what I mean. Just google Barry Silbert name, his reputation and how he scammed a lot of people (and keeps doing it, I suppose).
Honestly, I personally stopped looking for crypto funds to invest because most of them are spam (like 99%). It's better to spend several days on some kind of studying and invest without anyone's help. If you lose your money, you'll be the one to blame and maybe that will make you feel better rather than knowing that a bunch of scammers stole your money and run away.
