I am filing a formal complaint regarding my withdrawal request.

I have not received my withdrawal.
Your support team keeps stating that the payment was completed to account 30856952226074188. This is not my bank account number. I never entered this account number when I submitted my withdrawal request. I entered my correct bank account details, and I have never authorized payment to any other account.
Simply telling me that the payment was completed and asking me to contact my bank is not acceptable because the account number you mentioned does not belong to me. My bank cannot investigate a payment sent to an account that is not mine.
I request that you immediately provide:
Official proof of the transfer.
The transaction reference number (UTR/SWIFT or equivalent).
The transfer date and time.
The payment receipt issued by your payment provider.

Since this is about a withdrawal that Quotex says was completed to an account you do not recognize, you may want to contact Quotex again through the official Support section inside your account. If you cannot access your account, use the Contacts form on the Quotex website instead; Quotex says email, phone, social media, and Telegram are not official support methods.
In your support message, include Withdrawal ID #[protected], the withdrawal date and time, the USD 49.00 amount, and the account number Quotex says received the payment. Ask them to provide official proof of transfer, the transaction reference number such as UTR, SWIFT, or another payment reference, the transfer date and time, the payment provider receipt, and proof showing that you entered that account number when making the withdrawal request. Quotex’s own guidance for withdrawals sent to incorrect details says to report the issue clearly and provide screenshots or transaction history.
If Quotex does not give a clear answer, consider contacting your bank or payment provider with all records and asking what recovery or trace options may be available.
