Unresolved Issues: My Experience with Quotex.io Trading Platform
Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of having my account with Quotex (quotex.io) closed due to terms that were violated. However, I must express my concern that Quotex themselves may be violating their terms, as my account still contained funds even after being closed. I am also troubled by the fact that certain funds that were meant to be deposited into my bank account never arrived, leaving me feeling as though I have been robbed.
Understandably frustrated, I have been attempting to contact the Quotex team to rectify the situation, yet I find myself only receiving the same generic response every time. It saddens me that I am forced to resort to leaving a negative review in hopes of getting a real, human response.
I implore Quotex to take my situation seriously and work towards finding a solution that is fair and just for both parties. As a customer, I expect better treatment and respect from a company that I have entrusted with my funds. Thus, I urge other potential customers to exercise caution when considering Quotex as their trading platform.

A few days ago I deposited some money in quotex. Money has been credited from my binance id but not added to my quotex id. I have all kinds of proof of this transaction .my transaction amount is 15 doller .
Quotex is very good app easy to use and safe payment method
i was making a deposite, at the time i selected easy pisa app and later i made the payment from bank account, so it was mistakenly paid from ther bank account. after the transaction i also contacted the trader but he did not reply and i have not received my payment yet.

2 weeks since I made an immediate payment via EFT, no funds have been credited to my trading balance. A 101$ was sent to the bank account given on the app.
I also have received no refund as my bank cannot reverse an immediate payment.
The photos of my bank statements are there as well as my proof of payment.
