Quantrell Auto Group I went to Quantrell Auto Group to check out a car I was really interested in

I went to Quantrell Auto Group to check out a car I was really interested in. I got there an hour before they closed and the salesman said I could put a deposit on the car. But he also said it was unlikely that anyone else would buy it before I came back the next day. So, I came back the next morning and took the car to a mechanic to check it out. While I was doing that, someone else bought the car without telling me. When I got back to the dealership, they tried to sell me another car that wasn't even available. I was really disappointed with how they treated me. They didn't tell me the truth and they didn't communicate well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Quantrell Auto Group My car, a 2008 Volvo C70, was taken to Quantrell Volvo on 06/01 because it wouldn't start and needed an oil change

My car, a 2008 Volvo C70, was taken to Quantrell Volvo on 06/01 because it wouldn't start and needed an oil change. When the tow truck unloaded it at Quantrell, the car got damaged, but the driver didn't tell them. On 06/02, Quantrell told me about the damage. I talked to the GM on 06/07, and they had a service advisor call me. On 06/09, another service advisor said my car wasn't safe to drive. On 06/10, I had my Volvo C70 towed out of Quantrell's lot. When I got it back home, I saw more damage, like a cracked windshield, damaged front fenders, and an airbag warning light. After 10 days at Quantrell, I decided they couldn't fix my car. Now, I have a damaged car that won't start. I already contacted Volvo Corporate. I sent several emails to the GM and owner, but they didn't reply. I want them to answer me.

Quantrell Auto Group I got a new 2020 CT5 on Derby Day 2021

I got a new 2020 CT5 on Derby Day 2021. After I bought it, I was cleaning it and saw that both passenger side rims were messed up and fixed poorly. I called the salesperson and they took the car back to fix it. I was surprised when they said it was ready the next day! How did the paint dry so fast? The "fix" was even worse than before. I had to take it back again and it was even worse this time. You could see sanding marks and the paint was different shades and didn't have a clear coat. Now the paint is coming off. Quantrell won't give me new wheels. I bought a new car and I want new wheels, not messed up ones that were fixed. I gave them two chances to fix it and I won't give them another. I talked to GM to help but Quantrell still won't replace the rims. They want to fix it again and gave me a $100 service credit (I live in another state). GM keeps saying there's no record of the fix because Quantrell had someone else do it! The other person even told me that they couldn't fix it. The bottom line is that I've been driving a new car with messed up rims that the dealer won't fix. This isn't right. I spent a lot of money on this car to celebrate my wife beating breast cancer and thanks to Quantrell, it's been a nightmare. We're driving a car with paint coming off the rims. This isn't okay.

Quantrell Auto Group Quantrell Subaru's service department is not good

Quantrell Subaru's service department is not good. We like Subaru cars and have had three of them. When we bought our latest one (used), we spent a lot of money on a warranty that covered most things, including engine and transmission problems. We thought the Lexington Subaru dealership would be the best place to take it for service. We were wrong. The Quantrell Subaru Service department is not good. After we had our Tribeca for about six months, my husband heard noises that sounded like the transmission was having issues. We brought it in, but they said it was something else. We have at least five notes from the dealership saying this. We brought it in again in March to fix the transmission issues. They said it was our Transmission mount, so they fixed that. But as soon as we got it back, my husband heard the noises again. He contacted the service guy, but never heard back. We would have brought it back in, but covid19 slowed us down. We finally brought it back in two months later. They said our warranty was expired and our entire transmission needed to be replaced, along with some other issues. Our bill was over 10 Grand. They never gave us the paperwork for the inspection we had done the past two times we had it in. My husband had to go to the manager to get that paper work printed off and spoke to him about the issues we had been having with service. The paperwork showed that there were transmission issues, but they verbally told us different. They said there weren't any. Why would a shop change the transmission mount but leave a whole slew of problems, especially when the warranty covers fixing all of these things? The manager seemed helpful at first and said they would give it another test drive, but nothing came of that. We called corporate, but they brushed us off since our vehicle is older. We think if we had used a different and honest shop, our vehicle would be fine right now. We would have had everything fixed instead of being left with close to a 13 thousand dollars worth of stuff that needs to be done. Don't use the Subaru service, especially if you have a warranty. We hear great things about ***'s and will be using them in the future. It's too bad Subaru service is so bad when their cars are good. Stay away from these shady people. They don't care about their customers at all.
