I recently rented 2 rooms at Quality Inn Minnesota, 2115 S 6th Street Building A, Brainerd, MN, July 30th 2026 – check out August 2nd 2026. Let’s just say I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. The Hotel looked like it was falling apart inside. Drapes hanging off the rod. Sinks cracked and filled with putty. Ceiling in dining area has water damage all over it. The safety lock on my room door was broken off. Friends had also rented a room for the same weekend. They stayed One night and asked for a refund for the continuation of their stay. They too won’t stay at a Quality Inn again. Very Disappointed. I have pictures to prove.

My father staying in one of the rooms, he had asked for a wake up call in the early morning. (He had left his phone at home and is very hard of hearing). He did not receive a call. He got an apology, but NO wake up call.
