Friday October 25 , we arrive at Quality inn cadiz KY. Around 3pm
A man came from the back office smells of alcohol and said I'm Nayan the General manager what do you need.
I said we had a reservation paid for from 3 weeks ago. There's a fishing tournament tomorrow at Land between the lakes and we got a crew coming.
Nayan then said So. I need 3 things from you , your license, the credit card you paid for the room with, and another credit card with your name on it.
I was kind of surprised no other hotels ever asked that seemly I'm a Choice Quality member.
So I gave him what he asked for.
Next thing I know I'm getting text alerts on my phone telling me there's 6 charges of $100 and another charge of $79 I told him hey why you charging my bank more money. He started cussing yelling at me and my wife, saying I was a lier. Then throws my cards at me tells me I can't stay there. I go to parking lot call Choice service. While I'm on phone in parking lot I get alert on my other credit card a charge of $100 every minute as you can see in pictures
This GM was scamming customers cards and using the Choice hotel Logo

Claimed loss: $600Plus pain and suffering.

Desired outcome: Paid back in full to my credit cards
