We had damage from a large storm that came through our area. Dennis came out and assessed our damage , and gave us a very quick estimate for our insurance company. All of our questions were answered and we were helped in every way with quick responses. The work done was above what we expected with quality and the crew was clean and respectful on our property. I would highly recommend this company!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Quality Carpentry & Roofing on hail-damage projects. In both cases, Quality performed very professionally, on a timely basis. Dennis, at Quality, was on top of everything, from day one - from filing the necessary estimate information to the insurance company, to getting a few loose ends resolved quickly at the end of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Quality.

We had a problem in the early Winter on a roof that was approaching it's lifespan. Quality (Dennis) worked out a plan for Fall repair, Spring replacement and they followed through on both. Quote was inline with two others but Quality was the only one willing to address the leak and come back in Spring when the weather was more suitable. Dennis and John were great to work with and the work (and crews) were great. Thank you John and Dennis!

Recently, when I called Quality Carpentry & Roofing Inc., John answered the phone and quickly responded to my concern. Moments after he arrived, he detected my problem and immediately took care of it. It was nothing to do with his workmanship, which was exceptional ! I really appreciated his help, as I was personally unable to fix this issue. I highly recommend Quality Carpentry & Roofing Inc for your roofing, etc. needs. John is very personable and kind.

My chimney cap cracked and we called Quality Carpentry & Roofing in Romeoville. Within a day Ricardo completed a very thorough inspection, he showed us photos of the damage and went over a few repair options. Ricardo was knowledgeable and professional. Within 24 hours we received our estimate, which was very fair & reasonably priced. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and their workmanship is incredible! Ricardo & his team did an excellent job and we highly recommend them!

Quality Carpentry and Roofing did a total remodel of the outside of our house. Our roof, gutters, sidding , trim , windows , doors and even a side stairway and deck. Our chimney was repared as well. They did an excellent job! Very professional , timely , and friendly staff. Dennis who consulted with us all through the project, and also worked with our insurance, John, the owner who kept us informed and accommodated all our requests, and Damian , the head carpenter, was awesome. All the other staff members were also very professional and helpful.

After a damaging hail and wind storm our insurance adjuster looked at our house and garage. He said he had a contractor that has worked with him in the past and would it be all right if they came and looked at the damage. Dennis Hansen from Quality Carpentry& Roofing came out and looked at the house & garage. QC&R fixed every thing, Dennis and his crew were awesome. Dennis promised a lot and delivered more. Our roofs, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, window and window treatments are excellent. We highly recommend them, it was a pleasant experience, thanks to them.

Positive communication and top work. When I called I spoke to Abby. Abby set up an appointment for someone to inspect my roof and siding after a hail storm. Within minutes I got a call from Ricardo who confirmed the inspection. Ricardo explained the entire process to me and what damages I had to my home from the storm. I have never filed a homeowners claim before and Ricardo helped me with the process from start to finish. My roof, siding and gutters got approved and the work that was done to my house was top quality. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Recently, I retained Quality Carpentry & Roofing to have my whole house siding completely replaced. The team at Quality Carpentry & Roofing, including the Project Manager, ensured I was satisfied with the cost, delivery of supplies, date of install, etc. He, as well as the owner, explained the process & what to expect throughout the install. With the arrival of the crew, it was very evident they were extremely professional, with an excellent work ethic. The clean-up was so amazing...not one speck of material could be found on the ground or landscaping! And the finished job was absolutely beautiful! Quality Carpentry & Roofing went above and beyond to make sure I was one satisfied customer! I would not hesitate to highly recommend them!

My roof. had a small leak in the garage leaking thru drywall. john came out and replaced some shingles after the first rain it was still leaking . he came out a second time and could not locate the leak he said the next best thing was to replace the roof . my roof was 15 years old and they were 30 year shingles . so he gave me a bid for $15300.00 dollars . when i told him that another company gave a bid for $10300.00 he thought about it and said he could do it for the same . How can the price go down $5000.00 dollars during his visit. bottom line is get other bids to compare. yes the owner is a nice person but a dishonest company . by the way the other company had fixed my leak and only cost $750.00 .

Over the last two years, Quality Roofing has assisted me with the large job of repairing/rebuilding the roof on our Church as well as the smaller job of replacing the siding on our personal house. As both projects were due to storm damage, Dennis worked very closely with our insurance adjuster from start to finish assisting us with our claim. As both projects progressed, additional damage not identified in the insurance claim was uncovered. Dennis worked closely with the adjuster to clear the modifications and additional work required. Dennis and John closely monitored all work from start to finish, with several improvement suggestions throughout both projects. FINAL RESULT: A terrific job on both projects. Thank you Dennis and John.

Awesome company to work with. I contacted them last year to take a look at fixing some problem areas on my roof where shingles were missing and there was possible water damage to the underlying plywood.I had a quote within a day for an entire roof replacement and had an estimate that was good for the year. I took some time to come up with the funds, gave them a call back and had them out to replace my roof within a couple of weeks. The entire replacement and clean up all happened within a single day while I was at work.The final price was actually a bit under the estimate as only a small section of plywood needed replacing so they were able to save me some cost there.Overall very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work done.

Want to highly recommend Quality Carpentry & Roofing, We needed our roof replaced after a summer tornado toppled a tree onto it. On a friend's recommendation, we went with Quality, and I'm so glad we did. Our State Farm adjuster initially was quite difficult to deal with, but after the team from Quality took the reins, the project then proceeded smoothly. They took the time to explain the differences between the different types of shingles and roofing materials available and why some products are better and longer lasting than others. They also had a more robust warranty than other companies. We have a large, steep roof with a lot of peaks and valleys. The roofers were very professional and safety conscious and did a beautiful job that we're very happy with. They were a pleasure to work with.

Quality Carpentry And Roofing was recommended to me by my insurance company because they were a construction company that had worked with the insurance company many times before so I knew that they were experienced. Dennis and his team were super responsive and came out when they said they would to give me a quote, they worked with the insurance company closely to make sure that my roof was replaced and all hail damage was reported and repairs/replacements approved. Their crew was very easy to work with and I could always get in touch with Dennis quickly if I had any questions. After the job was done there was one small issue that came up with a little drainage gutter, nothing urgent but, I called and Dennis sent someone out right away to remedy the small item and make it right. Highly recommended

John and Damien and crew came to our rescue after we let go another contractor because of very bad workmanahip. We literally called John the night it happened informing him that all of the siding was removed from our home and only wrapped in Tyvek wrap and we needed someone to install LP siding for us before the weather got bad. He and Damien came right out the next day to assess the situation. Although they were busy and had other jobs going they figured out a schedule and finished the job for us before Christmas. John is very professional and kept everything organized from start to finish. He put us at ease every step of the way. Damien and his crew are amazing carpenters and were meticulous about the installation of the siding and were neat and cleaned up after the work they did each day. If you're lucky enough to get these guys to come and work on your house you will not be sorry! Thanks so much guys, we will be forever grateful to you for putting our house back together. Appreciate everything you've done for us!
