Brad.B Extremely impressed with professionalism of Save on Roofing Crew. Being a trades person my self was very happy with the work done. I had my roof and eaves-troughs done at the same time. Save on Roofing kept me in the loop the whole time and even with Covid delays he was able to keep the job basically on track and at the Quoted price. I do Highly recommend their services you wont be disappointed.

Very pleased with our new shingles, looks amazing, very nice and friendly crew, price is very competitive, was dealing with John, a very amazing guy, any questions you have, he will be very honest and goes beyond to help, roof was inspected and cleaning was done very nicely. Very competitive pricing, straightforward estimate, no pushing of extras like new vents. Material delivery on time, no hassle. Crew called evening ahead, notified us about moving cars out of garage for morning then showed up on time and worked through a hot day to get the job done, 12 hours and job completed. Clean up was good, inspection next day and a little more detailed clean up. Overall very accommodating. Very satisfied.

We are very happy we went with Save on Roofing! The team at Save on Roofing was very responsive throughout the whole process and patient answering all of my questions. We even made a last minute addition to have them do our shed roof and it was no issue. One of the best perks for us was that they didn't require a deposit or payment until after the job was complete. So pleased with our new shingles. Prices are competitive, work is quality and the crew is hardworking and friendly. 100% would recommend. Was a bit intimidating to find a contractor, but Save on Roofing was prompt, helpful and answered all of my questions. Roof was completed quickly and clean up was spotless. I just had my roof re-shingled in July and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Save On Roofing. Their quote was the most reasonable of all the companies I contacted, Brad was super responsive to emails and helpful at answering all my questions. The quality of work was great and the follow up the day after to ensure there were no issues put me at ease that they really care about the work they do. Excellent company. Got quotes from several companies and these guys were the most reasonable. They had the shingles and other materials shipped and placed on the roofs a couple of days after we accepted the quote. Due to rain delays, it took about a week longer than originally estimated for installation but once they got the opportunity, they were here bright and early and stayed and dove right into it.Everything was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. Thanks guys! Great job!

We just got our roof done. From quote to completion, Save on Roofing was always available to provide information or clear up questions, usually within a couple of hours. Outstanding customer service. The original quote gave three shingle options but we wanted something different. They are certified installers for the product and it was no problems at all. We have a low slope roof and had venting that needed an extra look. Before he signed off on the job he sent an inspector to make sure it was all good (which it was). I only found 1 single nail around the entire property when all was said and done. The crew worked hard all day and poof! It was done just like that! We were impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I am really happy with the finish/quality/workmanship from Save On Roofing. They were the fastest company to respond to our email quote when we started looking into companies to have our roof re-done. They have really good pricing as for a few other companies wanted 2-4K more to re-do our roof, and as soon as I got there quote which was in the amount of what we wanted to spend then I knew I found the right company. Save On Roofing gave us lot's of options on the level of quality and color of the shingles. I also really liked that they will clean out your gutters while installing your new roof. Their clean-up was also very good. I was extremly happy with the whole process from start to finish and I highly recomend Save On Roofing.

Save on Roofing Ltd. provided me with the most clear quotation of re-roofing service as compared with the other companies. I did not just received the copy of the quote but also other documents that will make me more understand what my choices of materials are as well as other materials that I may like to consider for my roof. The company representative also was so easy to talk with. He nicely answered all my questions. The staff who came to accomplish the job were also nice. They made sure of the cleanliness and quality of work. I do appreciate as well their honesty on what's the best for our roof. There was also a guy who came even after the last day, he came to have a final inspection. I would definitely be recommending this company to other people who will be looking for roofing services.

I hired Save on Roofing to remove and replace the shingles on our two story house. I requested four companies to supply me with quotes, three responded and Save on Roofing was the winning bidder. Their quote was in the same ballpark as the rest, but somewhat lower and I chose them because of their quick response. I picked the shingle we wanted, BP shingles, as they are made here in Edmonton, and most of the other brands are made in the states. When the crew arrived they removed all the old roofing materials and started to install the new materials. The roofing crew were very hard working for the next three days until the roof was completed. A few days later Save on Roofing had their inspector come out to check the roof and found a couple of minor things that he fixed. They cleaned up and left no mess anywhere. I would like to thank Save on Roofing and his crew for the work on our house! I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking to have their shingles replaced. Andrew M.

Save On Roofing won the job because in addition to being reasonable, they actually went on the roof to examine it prior to providing the quote. They showed me photos of areas that were worn, cracked, and chipped. They checked for rotten wood on the eaves and soft spots on the roof itself. The estimator discussed options in terms of replacing shingles now versus later. The shingle crew cleaned up really well, twice over the yard. We found only 3 roofing nails randomly left behind. I think at least one rolled off my awning a couple of days after the job was done. The eavestrough crew were just as speedy and tidy and we only found one left-over nail from that work as well. Both teams were friendly. There was some residual stuff left in my stove vent which I thought would require them to come back for a quick vacuum out, but it wasn't needed. I few times running the stove fan on high for a number of minutes blew it clean. Nothing is rattling around in the vent pipe anymore. So I still have to give the team an overall 4.5 stars with a recommendation. I can't do 4.5 stars, so I'm rounding up.

Completely unprofessional. Despite numerous inquiries from us as to when the company would finally do the roof installation, we could not get an answer out of them as to a date for completion. Then when the roof finally was installed, they began harassing us ONE day after completion with numerous e-mails and phone calls to bill collect. They have called/message more than SEVEN times within a 6 business day interval following completion... with absolutely NO justification for such harassment. And then they threatened us with 3% interest "after a 7 day grace period" which was Never agreed to and Never stipulated in any contract or even on their invoice. They just created this out of nowhere to threaten us a mere SIX days after job completion. So heaven forbid anyone travel or be away... this company will harass you with multiple contacts and threats if you have not paid within SIX days. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. And if this is NOT posted as the business has the gall to deny we were a customer, we WILL be filing a formal complaint as we have the official invoice and multiple e-mails from this business proving we are. So they cannot hide a negative and completely frank review.

The house and garage being re-roofed was owned by my 98 year old mother-in-law. After getting a quote from Save on Roofing and another roofing company I contacted the owner directly. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. The owner gave us a couple of referrals so we could see what the colour of the shingles would look like. One house we went to had 4 other neighbours who also used Save on Roofing. All had nothing but good things to say about the company's work, professionalism, punctuality and clean-up. Save on Roofing's quote was very reasonable and included things the other company was going to charge for. We contracted to have Save on Roofing do the work and the time frame given was 3 weeks out which was very reasonable. But then it rained and the house developed a leak from the old shingles. When I let the owner know about the leak he immediately rescheduled the work to the next week to ensure we didn't get more problems should it rain again. This to me exemplified why this company is known for going above and beyond to service their customers. We were called to let us know when the shingles would arrive and again before the crew showed up. The crew was very friendly and professional. We were told by the crew that they would have to return the next day to finish the job but when we returned that evening we found the work had been completed and everything was cleaned up. They had worked late that evening to complete the job because the forecast for the following day was for rain. I highly recommend Save on Roofing.

We were in need of a new roof and we contacted over 7 different roofing companies in and around the [insert location] area. After contacting [insert name], who is the owner of Save on Roofing, my husband was convinced that we had found the right roofing company to install a new roof. Our old roof was almost 18 years old and it was time for a new one. [Insert name] was so professional and very knowledgeable with the different shingles that we could or should use on our roof. We ended up going with [insert brand] shingles and they have a 50 yr warranty. I received a phone call the night before that they were going to be arriving at 8am the next day. They were here and ready to go by 8:30am. The group of contractors that came to install our new roof were amazing and were very clean. When it came to the clean up time after they installed the roof, the guys went through our backyard and front yard 3 times making sure there were no nails or any garbage left behind. The inspector came by after a few days to make sure that everything was perfect. They sent us lots and lots of pictures of our new roof and it looks fantastic! [Insert name] gave us an amount and it was very competitive with the other companies that we had contacted, but we also went with the better shingles and we still got great pricing! We would highly recommend Save On Roofing and all of their contractors. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Thank you once again [insert name] and we hope that you have an awesome summer and we will be letting everyone that we know to contact you when they need a new roof.
