QS Supplies — Monies stolen no goods delivered
Shockingly to say the least, we ordered over 4500 pounds worth of bathroom accessories/ equipment from these people on the basis that delivery of these goods would be made by them the following day. Correspondence started 2 weeks before that with some quotes being exchanged. The account we were required to transfer the money to was sent to us at the outset of our correspondence by email (after they supposedly sent us a ~non related Dubai account before that...and then again (the same UK account number) the day the quotation was finished - by email and on their invoice. The money was transferred to that account on the basis that full payment had to made before delivery. The next morning, a huge shock, QS denied the account they had given us (in writing and by email) was the correct account and said we had sent the money to the wrong account. They said that the money we had transferred could take up to 3 working days to get to them although the transfer was made online... and that they would send their accountant to the bank to check..probably buying time..., should have known then as who does that these days..with online banking! When we had sent them a copy of their very email, they denied it was theirs. Fraudulent theft in all its ugly colours! We have reported this to the police and will defiantly take legal action against them. The time and effort and running around they have required from us is unimaginable. We have also contacted Burlington bathrooms to question how these people can be their suppliers!
