I originally contacted PXG back on 1/10/2023 when I noticed small pin sized rust dots on all of my irons. On 1/15/2023, PXG sent me a label so that I could send my irons in to be re-shafted under warranty.
Fast forward to 8/9/2024, while cleaning my clubs after a round of golf, I noticed the same pin rust spots on my irons again.
That same day, I notified PXG of the problem. On 8/13/2024, PXG requested photos of the rust on the irons of which I sent immediately.
8/20/2024, I sent an email to PXG requesting confirmation for receipt of the photos. Customer service rep had the last name of Easton.
On 9/4/2024, I had to send photos again, this time to a different Customer service rep Levi Crowl because the last guy never replied.
9/10/2024, sent an email to Levi Crowl requesting a status update.
9/11/2024, received an email from a Jim Holmgren stating that I would be without my clubs for 3 weeks for repair and asked if I wanted to proceed.
9/18/2024, sent email to Levi Crowl again asking for an update.
9/18/2024, received an email from Levi Crowl stating he would have an answer by the end of the following day; 9/19.
9/23/2024, emailed Levi Crowl because I did not receive an answer as promised.
9/23/2024, At 10:23am, I received an email from Levi Crowl stating that he sent an earlier email but he had sent it to a “wrong address”. He also stated that he had attached a label in the email so that I could get my clubs sent in for repair.
9/23/2024, At 3:50pm, I received an email from Levi Crowl informing me that the warranty was not approved and that I would have to pay for shafts, grips, and labor if I wanted them repaired.

Words cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in PXG. I saved up my money and purchased their clubs based on their motto, “No makes clubs they way we do, period.” I can see now that they weren’t lying.
