I would definitely recommend this app for all passionate golfers like me. I get a tee time credit every month which saves me at least $50 every month plus all the waived fees and instructions I get access to. Amazing

This has to be the biggest waste of money. Everything you get to learn in this app can be found on YouTube for free. How do you pay this much every year to not be able to watch any golf?! This app couldn’t be a bigger waste of space on my phone.

I’ve watched all of the Big Break that you have on here; you’re missing 2 seasons, I REALLY wanted to see the season with the Finaus on it.
I’m consistently in the low 80’s, let’s hope these instructional videos will help me dive into the 70’s.

I have been a member since they began as Revolution Golf. Their instructors have always been top notch and the videos are extremely easy to follow and very helpful. I am now a lifetime member and look forward to excellent instruction for many years.

Great to find unique and never seen before video in here and to find interviews with a young Tiger Woods and Jack - its excellent. I haven’t tried the free shipping yet but the instruction is solid. Would love see Daily Routine with tour superintendents, caddies, politicians who love golf.

I’m not always on GOLFPASS every minute but I check it out frequently. There’s always something I can find to help me swing. I look at it as if I had my own couch in my pocket. I keep a iron and driver in my condo. ( very high celling). I use all the excursuses at the gym. Will renew when my subscription ends

I signed up a few months ago and am very pleased with the resources available. Great players and coaches share techniques, tips and drills to help improve your game. Also the exercise section is very much focused on golf, and while I am struggling with some exercises right now (core strength) it will pay off.

Sorry but this app is missing a lot of features that you are probably use to with other apps.
Just a few of the problems I see, big break only has 1-8 then skips to 13. You never know which episode you watched and it does not save where you left off.
Tiger project - the sound / mouth movement is totally off when watching on Apple TV.

Love the app and all the choices of shows on here. My only issue is I would love the ability to have a amazon fire stick channel or at least the ability to stream to a fire stick especially in this day and age. I think most people have a fire stick not a roku. Hope you begin to support I find myself not watching as much because of that.

I’d expected to find some of what I love about golf with my account. I didn’t expect the waves of benefits and features that are included. A tee time a month would have been good enough for me but instead I get all sorts of videos and movies plus discounts on TaylorMade and other awesome brands. Seriously fantastic idea and so glad I joined.

As my title says this is an outstanding app for the golf junkie. It’s a one stop shop for golf entertainment and learning. I am a Golfpass plus member and I’m very satisfied. I am able to access discounted tee times at all times now, as they have added earlier tee times. The instruction is the best I’ve seen. It has made golf affordable and accessible.

I love the content and the perks but I am so sick and tired of logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in and re-logging in. You don’t even give us an option to “Remember Me”. Your app is a pain in the [censored]. FIX IT BECAUSE IM PAYING FOR IT.

I love the content of this app. I would prefer the layout of the app to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting this app from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, the app immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.

The app isn’t the greatest, casting to chromecast is a headache sometimes. Requesting a TV app for Apple TV or Google tv maybe Roku! Ability to add clips to a que to create my own playlists. The content on Golf pass is fantastic it has so many tip videos from some fantastic coaches and videos on workouts are helping me get faster and steady. I like this app a bunch! Just needs better casting control or a Google or apple TV version of the app

I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index
anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from.

I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of this app, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.

Got the in-app subscription, but it wouldn’t sync with my pre-existing golfpass account and I was forced to get a refund from Apple because the golfpass member services didn’t know what to do to link the subscription to my account. Basically to get this fixed I had to manually subscribe on the golfpass side for a slightly higher price, then sign into that account within the app. I want this fixed for others and for my troubles a compensating credit for the difference in monthly subscription price.

I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of the app leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating.

It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, the app doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate.

It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on this app given the association with NBC.

As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and this app makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.

I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year.

I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time.

One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

Logged in to google browser on windows11, latest update and cookies refreshed. Logged into membership and navigate to videos. When trying to watch a video it block it and asks me via popup to join the site with a free trial. Happens on google or edge browser. This is not a case of updating browsers or refreshing cookies or downloading new apps, this is a fault with the system not recognising a member is logged in and blocking media paid for in an attempt to capture new members.

App no longer functions in landscape on 2020 4th Gen 12.9” iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.1. Basically unusable.

This is a bunch of crooks, seems to me. I purchased golf pass and can’t get to see te PNC GOLF TOURNAMENT. Looks like you stole my money.

Having only portrait mode on an iPad is annoying and please fix log-in, logging in every time I launch the app and want to watch a video is annoying as well.

Doesn’t open. Doesn’t work.

Landscape mode option should be a standard.

I’m paying money for golf lessons here that can easily be found in YouTube WAY easier.

This site keeps locking me out even though I’m paying for it. But not for much longer...

Poor layout and to watch in landscape mode have to start in portrait and then change inside the video.

Signed up for $100/yr membership and you cannot even watch golf through this on your tv. Total rip off

Make it to where your episodes play in order and not random. And also make it to where you can see what you have watched or want to continue watching.

I’ve called two or three times since my last review on 9/16 with no results. Spoke with customer service rep Friday afternoon and was promised a call back from a supervisor on Saturday. Never happened.

Clicking login on the app menu doesn’t do anything. Can’t even see the login screen for username and password. I just paid the annual subscription and I am unable to view the videos.

This needs to be fixed ASAP
