Puritan's Pride review: Postage on orders

I have been a customer for at least 15 years, having been introduced to P.P. by my late brother-in-law, Robert Gilmer. Toward the end of 2023 you advertised that there would be no shipping charge on any order no matter how small. I tried to order some vitamins and you were out of all of them. I thought "how sneaky-smart" to make such an offer when you were out of everything. Recently I placed an order for Vitamin B12 and ABC plus Senior Multi vitamins. You were out of the latter, which reduced the size of my order so that I had to pay postage. When you have the Senior Multi vitamins again, I will have to pay postage on that, too.

It seems to me that to be reasonable and courteous with your customers, if you are out of the product that would enable the rest of the order to be postage free, that remaining part of the order should be postage free. As soon as you have ABC Senior Multi again, I will order, and should get that order postage free!
