now foods is a good brand. they quality test all their ingredients and fished products, which is why they are great and cheap.

I orderd from NOWFoods in May and they said my stuff got lost. I called them and asked for my money back but they still haven't given it to me even after three calls. I'm done with them.

I usually don't have problems with Now Foods products, but I had an issue with their pumpkin seed oil. I gave them one less star because the oil wasn't green like it's supposed to be. Also, I had some side effects like peeing a lot and feeling a burning sensation. I didn't think it was because of the supplements until I read someone else had the same symptoms from taking Now Foods pumpkin seed oil.

I orderd sumthing wrong on Now Food's site. They say you can send stuff back if it's not opened within 30 days. I've been trying to get in touch with them by email and phone to find out how to send it back but no one has called me back. I sent 4 emails and left a message but nothing. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. Be careful when you buy from them online.

I been a fan of NOW FOODS for years, but not anymore. I bought their "Organic Crystallized Ginger Diced" and started eating it without thinking. Then I read the back of the package and saw it was MADE IN CHINA! Seriously? China doesn't care about the environment or organic stuff. The front of the package says "Organic" and "USDA ORGANIC" but they don't say it's made in CHINA. They hide it in small letters in the back. This is not right. It's false advertising. I won't buy anything from NOW FOODS again. They are not good. You should avoid them too.

I am so mad about NOW Foods products. I trusted them for a long time, but then I found out about a test for MSM. You put the powder in water and if it sinks it's good, but if it floats it's junk. I did the test with NOW msm and it all floated, so it's junk. I used it for my family and pets, but now I don't know if it hurt them. I thought they were good because of the GMP label, but that doesn't mean anything. They sell junk and they should be sued for it. I also found out their Lysine is junk too. They should not be allowed to make supplements. I contacted them, but they didn't respond. Don't buy from them.

I orderd from lucky vitamin and got order Number: LV19857576. I sent it back last month for a refund but I still haven't got my full refund. Their website is closed so I called NowFoods since it's the same company. I told them to fix my issue and give me my refund right away. If they don't, I'll take further action. Thanks.

I ordered from NOW Foods on 4/24 but I never got my stuff. I talked to the company a lot, but they didn't help me until I asked for my money back on 5/21. They only gave me back the cost of the item and made me pay $5.95 for shipping. I just want all my money back, not just the item cost. I don't think I should have to pay for something I never got.

I tried Now brand prenatal vitamins with DHA and within 30 minutes of taking them, I bled heavily and am now facing a miscarriage. These vitamins have borage oil, which I learned is not good for pregnant women as it can cause bleeding, birth defects, miscarriages, and many other problems. It's not right that this company would sell these prenatal vitamins with borage oil and not have a warning label. How many babies has your company killed? Why would they use borage oil? What health benefits are there for pregnant women? I need an explanation.
