The only reason I found out that this place had closed was because I was shopping at Valley Fair and noticed that all the lights were off and the doors were closed at the facility. I went up to the door and they had some kind of police report on the window. So I Googled it and came to find out they had went out of business! This is very disapointing that a company would do this type of scams. I still had quite a few treamtents left and actually had an appointment scheduled for next week. I tried to conact them and their website has been shut down, there is no information as to who you can contact to get a refund.
I guess I should have known better since I used to work for them when they were called Nuvo International. And back then they were scamming people left and right. They would always double book the nurses, never give them appropriate breaks or lunches, clients would have to wait a long time to be seen, I saw clients coming in with burn marks from the lasers and peels, botox treatments gone wrong...
I thought that maybe since they had changed owners that maybe their services had improved, but boy was I in for a surprise! These people are scam artists and I wouldn't be surprised if they knew they were on the verge of bankruptcy and just kept taking peoples money up until their last day. There are no words that can describe how uspset I am!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
