I had applied for loan in your Shiv chowk branch at Sri Ganganagar[162810] on 14.09.2026 under your PM suryaghar yojana for solar rooftop. Ján Samarth portal provided me digital sanction for loan through PNB vide sanction no. ANS-SOLAR-[protected] DTD. 14.09.2026but till date your bank is not approving the loan amount.Sir I am your regular customer for more than 25yrs with a very good cibil and retired as scale 3 officer from PSU.
Very sorry to say that after passing 50 days I have neither received any approval nor rejection from your concerning branch. Also I have written the mails to your site CARE on dated 27.10.26,30.10.26 and 02.11.2026 but not get any response.
Kindly check the matter and solve my case.
