Public Storage review: Its a rip off ( 1 comment)

Basically in a nutshell, I rented a unit from online and after a couple days actually went to the storage unit to check it out and then recieved an email I needed to move 3.5 hours away friom where I was living so I no longewr needed the unit because I had to take my things closer to where I was going to be living, they charged me some 270 bucks, when I called them (because they weren't in the office when they said they would be) I had been directed to someplace a few miles away, I called them 3 times wondering if I was going to get a refund of at least 220 bucks, I figured the administartion fee would have been enough for my mistake, the really only mistake I made was doing business with a scumbucket company like that, after todays call, they finally spelled it out for me and told me I wasn't getting anything back but the cost of the lock, now i've been to the bbb website and made a complaint and now i'm here, ive looked into small claims and thats still a direction to go, their claim was that if I wanted to close my account and recieve a refund, I needed to do it the same day and thats bs - don't do any business with this company they're theives - the address is 11 lawson rd se leesburg va 20175
