I was a tenant for 2 years at a property managed by 7 Hills. They were professional and attentive to all my needs. Any service requests were handled fast and by friendly employees. The online portal to pay monthly rent and place maintenance requests was convenient and easy to use. I would rent through them again.

I had lots of problems with 7 Hills Property Management. They said they fixed my maintenance requests, but they didn't. I was worried about safety, but they didn't care. They didn't do a good job with snow removal either. When I called to complain, they were really mean to me. They said I complained too much, but I only complained because they didn't do their job. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're the worst property management company ever.

I been tryna get in touch with someone from 7 hills property management for like a year now. I moved outta my apartment and need my name off the lease. I called like a million times, sent emails and nobody ever gets back to you. I don't even know who my property manager is and there's no direct contact. You call and call and call and they just ignore you. All the reviews on *** and Yelp say the same thing...you can't get ahold of anyone there.

My girl, *** moved outta *** at *** in *** at the end of her lease in August. They said they'd give us back our $1550 security deposit in 30 days, but we ain't seen it yet. We tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times and even made sure they had the right address to send the money to, but they ain't responded. My daughter got a text saying they sent the money and it got sent back, but they resubmitted it with some confirmation number from *** Bank (***). We texted back twice asking where they sent it, but they ain't replied. We don't know if they even sent it or where they sent it to. We gave them the right address and left a bunch of messages. We need that money back ASAP. Thanks for your help.

I hired 7 Hills to manage my rental property. My tenants pay on time but 7 Hills holds it and never remits it to me (landlord). They always have an excuse. I hired 7 Hills to manage my rental property and they said if they find me a tenant, they will keep one month's pay. The problem is, they didn't find me a tenant, I found one myself through advertising on Facebook. 7 Hills didn't even accompany my tenant during the viewing. I showed my tenant the property. 7 Hills took one month's pay even though they didn't do anything to find the tenant. My main complaint is that 7 Hills is holding the rent and not remitting it to me on time. I have no problem with my tenant because they pay on time. My tenant sends the rent to 7 Hills every first of the month. Then 7 Hills is supposed to remit it to me minus their service fee. My tenant paid on time on April 1st. 7 Hills remitted the rent to me around April 20th already. May 1st came and my tenant paid on time again. Yet again, 7 Hills didn't remit the rent to me. They told me there is a glitch in their system and it should be sorted. But they are lying. They are keeping the rent for as long as they want and they don't care about their clients. I emailed, texted, and called, but nobody at 7 Hills gave me any rent or progress updates. I want the rent in my account ASAP and that's it. I will never trust 7 Hills with property management again. They can't even manage communication, never mind managing a property. The company should never be trusted by anyone.
