Public Storage review: Crooks, dishonest, horrible!
If I could give them NO stars, I would. I got caught in one of their acquisitions of a small, privately owned storage companies. I signed contracts with the first storage company, Public storage took over a week later, made me sign new contracts (understandable), but then refused to honor the deal I had with the original storage company. Disputed the charge on my credit card (I never used the storage unit) and Fidelity sided with Public Storage, which is BS.
DON'T USE THEM!
Recommendation: They don't care at all about their customers, or their employees. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
You took over my private storage company's site, and refused to honor the 2nd month free deal I was promised. I talked to at least 5 people at your company, and was supposed to receive a call from the district manager, which I never did. I had no way to contact them directly.
There was no exception for the fact that you literally took over my facility within a week of me signing contracts, your staff was being scrambled, no one answered the phones. It was a nightmare.
You lost my business, and I will NEVER use you again. I will also tell anyone and everyone to avoid your business like the plague.
