You need to comment on their website, not here, they won't fix your problem from this complaint site.
Definitely call the Health Department, if anything they might be able to make the landlord pay for the cleaning that will need to be done to get rid of them and give the tenants below you a warning about getting theirs done to prevent any further issues.
Should post your comment with the loan company's website and not here. Complaining here for your money back won't guarentee they receive the information, best to notify them directly.

It's a SCAM, do nont fall for it and do not send any money at all. Tell them to send you the information in writing since they seem to have all your information and you will take it from there. Do not give out any personal information etc. They will get angry and try to scare you further, but just demand a notice in writing, OH, and also state that you are recording this conversation (even if you aren't), most likely, they will get mad and hang up.
