I know and fully understand what youre going through. I too use to work for walmart for many years and was bullied by an assistant mgr. It had gotten so bad that I would get up in the morning dreading to go to work. She would literally make many employees cry right on the sales floor. And yes the home office was aware of the problem and did nothing. She literally had the audacity to tell me that if she is disrespectful to fellow employees that it earned respect for her. Instead of respect people literally hated her for her rude treatment to others. After 11 yrs of suffering torture and depression from working around her I just quit.

If I were you I would carry a small recorder while hiding it so no one can see it. Also if you check at Radio Shack, catalogs such as Finger Hut I have seen ink pens with video and audio recorders built in that just fit into your shirt pocket. Or place it around your neck on a chain while clipping it to chain facing outward. Another route would be to ALWAYS record the names, dates and the conversation on a small tablet kept on your person while at work. DO NOT GIVE UP...continue to find someone that will listen.

I know of several that have been getting similar calls and it's a scam!
First and foremost you need to check with your cities rules and regulations(laws)concerning the time(usually eveining hrs.)this would be considered a disturbence. Otherwise the law will be on their side. If it's still happening lets say 1am more than likely the law will be on your side. If it's happening during the day, then good luck getting the law to do anything about it. Been there and Done That and was only told by the law the neighbor could anyting they wanted since it wasn't after curfew. Good Luck
First of all it doesn't matter what the suspects race is. Second call the police and report it not on here.
Make sure that you read the fine print on the packaging and on any contract or paperwork before buying. More than likely it was refurbished.
Well I would only suggest in finding a insurance that deals with mail orders.
I believe that I would contact an attorney as soon as possible rather than wait to see if it may have caused physical damages. After all it could happen to anyone and not just you. Think of an elderly or child this same mistake could happen to possibly leading to death. Speak up now and don't wait, , , , , , , , , , , , , , hire an attorney to investigate.
How did the company gain access to your account? Did you purchase something from the company before? Is it the same company that you got your debit card with? If not then contact the company of your debit card and try recovering the amoutn thru them.

It amazes me how some people believe that they can actually still use their checks, debits cars etc without balancing first. Good Grief if you write a check for 200 for a bill, then check your account couple of days later to see the 200 still in your account it doesn't mean that you have an extra 200 in cash to spend. It means that the check hasn't gone thru yet! Learn how to balance.
Your first mistake was believing in Physic(Fake)reading. You should get the hint when they begin asking you questions in a sutle way. To pay them is even more ridiculous. If there was a true physic don't you think they would give you the lottery numbers? Only for them to tell you it doesn't work that way? Come on...wake up!
First of all are you aware that the majority of the time when you chat with someone online they are usually just people that are hired and work from home for anywhere and minimum wage? They can say anything they want to besides reading whats in front of them on their monitors. Anytime you chat with a so called business rep for a company online always screen print the conversation and keep for your own records to fight them back, and report the to your BBB. In other words if one states its no cost to you then you have the proof and fight them legally.
First of all it's a scam with someone using the HP's name to scam you for money. It happens all the time and people will fall for it. It's a SCAM!
By the way...just take a look at the persons email address. Anytime they use yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc. it is not legit! They would use the companies email address and not the others. Also take a look at the "UK" on the email address, that alone should tell you the UK is very notorious for scamming emails!
