Don’t tell him not to pursue a lawsuit, the only way for [censored]s like this to learn is to go to many high priced attorneys, make sure they are not free consultations (those are a waste of time, ) and have them laugh him out of their office, and in the end when he gets nothing and owes money perhaps he will learn not to shove things so far in his ears that they rupture the drum.
