You are acting very ignorant at the moment. The point of calling the store is not to get the order replaced over the phone, but to alert the manager or other store representatative that there is a problem. You may have got a code number which you could use to get a replacement order next time you visit the store.

So you did call Burger King. Why didn't you mention that earlier? It seems like you are changing your story! You do not have to go back straight away; you could redeem the code next time you are in the area.

How amusing... I just checked and this is the account that the 'daughter' made to leave rude comments and send horrible messages to people...

No, normal carparks are first come first served. Handicaps parks are reserved for those who are handicapped, with a permit. You really are a piece of work aren't you? You have no empathy at all!

Are you serious? You are apparently complaining because you cannot buy ice from a fast food restaurant. They need to have enough ice to put in beverages that require it!

I used to HATE customers like you when I worked at McDonalds. If the ice machine broke, we could do nothing about it. We just had to wait for technicians and sometimes for parts. We had to save ice for drinks. It was really frustrating when customers would get abusive or angry over something that was not our fault.

Gino; when you get older, you will realise that calling some a ### for the reasons mentioned in the OP is not appropriate by any means. The correct response would either to ask the waitress to see the manager or walk out.

You may have been to the shop after a rush. From the photos, it looks as if it was not unusual. The toilets are not that bad, not perfect but not bad. Blame the customers

Get over it. I think that they MAY HAVE been lying. When I worked at McDonalds, we could change the channel when we wanted. However, if a customer came to us with a request like yours, which I find ludicrous, we would probably do the same thing. We would change the channel for some reason; like if UFC was on or there was literally and obviously offensive material on.
I actually, semi agree, with Gino. They are trying to ensure that the missing kid goes home with the right person
It is possible that the workers were making small talk and that the OP is being over sensitive! Simply remarking that an order is weird is not rude. My customer service skills were the best out of everyone at my old McDonalds store, and I said that to customers all the time. For example, a customer asked for a frappe (ice, milk, syrup) without milk; I said "oh, that may not be very tasty, it is a bit of a weird order" and the customer laughed.
OP; you are an idiot. You made the mistake; do not pretend that the employee is to be blamed. This is the type of thing that gets posted at customers-sucks websites.
