That has happened to my Guess handbags as well.
Like OMG stop with the text talk!
1. Did you see where the description stated 'no return or exchange'? Usually this is directly above the sizing information
2. Did you order a Soda Fountain Dress (which just happens to be $44.99)? If so, I disagree that this dress is shoddy quality.
3. Customers are not always right; this was the advertising slogan of a company.
4. Items at Modcloth frequently go on sale. It may suck if you bought an item for full price, and then it went on sale, but deal with it.
They were nice in giving you a partial refund!
5. Just to double check; you are trying to return the dress?
6. I do not think you automatically deserve free shipping
7. It is standard practice that you cannot change items in an order after placing the order. This is stated clearly on the terms and conditions
I am not totally sure what you are complaining about. Did you try to download the latest updates for Apple iTunes? If so, where did you get the download from? You have to make sure you get it from the Apple website, or through the "Apple software update" on your computer. What does "I downloaded what was supposed to be free update downloads on 9 updates" mean?
Have you tried contacting Apple about the mistake or did you immediately post the complaint? Are you sure it was Apple and not something else? Is it possible that you may have a virus? I have had no problems downloading the updates.
I cannot comment on the bad service as I am too disgusted by the picture of vomit. Why did you need to post that?
It is not appropriate to post pictures of VOMIT. I actually believe that the OP's story happened, but saw no need at all for a picture of vomit.
I am not the only person who thinks it is "gross" to post pictures of vomit; see the first post. I posted my opinion and that is all.
I would suggest you complain to management at the store, or even Head Office. The store may have caught the staff member giving you a physical injury on 'tape'.
I am very 'glad' that someone who has never met me nor engaged in conversation via email or forum feels free to judge my personality based on my reluctance to see another person's vomit. I had no idea that mentioning that posting pictures of vomit on this forum was disgusting was whiny. I will censor myself in future.
In all seriousness, be an adult; stop being so combative and immature. Anyway, I would much prefer to be part of the punctuation and spelling police. :-)
With all due respect, they are correct. It sucks when something goes on sale after you have bought it, but it happens. If you bought a TV for Christmas and it went on sale on Boxing Day, do you deserve a price adjustment?
I hope corporate gave you the response that you deserve. I can understand why the shop assistant asked your wife to pay for the package your daughter opened. Some products may be able to be sold after the package was opened or ruined but others may not. However, that did not give the lady the right to be rude to your wife
Judgement is correct. Is judgment the American spelling?
I agree that you do have to be careful. However, ModCloth does publish negative reviews. There is usually a delay for the reviews being posted. I have avoided buying items because of the bad reviews in the past. Modcloth has excellent customer service and I would suggest that you contact them if you are concerned about your review or orders.
Check again; you will find that a negative review, with response from customer service, has been left!
Typing in Capslock is the equivalent of shouting. Did you make a complaint about your burger and the dirty 'tablets'.
