I am curious, at the time was there an Iced Coffee clearly displayed on the McCafe menu board? We stopped doing the Cafe Iced Coffees a while ago and when customers ask for one, we ask if they want an Iced Latte instead which does require the espresso machine. It has ice, espresso and milk.
Did you hear that lady ask for a 'home made' iced coffee (we never had anything of that particular name)? Maybe she got the normal iced coffee from the normal counter area.

Wow; what bad luck you have had. My question is, did you contact Hyundai or the dealership where you bought it from after the first time the airbags did not deploy? It seems odd that the mechanics who fixed your car the first time did not fix it for you!
This may be a silly question, but is the original $360.00 bill legitimate; do you actually owe them that? If you do, then the bill has probably risen because of interest.

It sucks that they can offend you and make you feel so horrible. However, is there a possibility that they had not dealt or worked with Muslim women before and were not sure if there were cultural or religious barriers they were breaking? Referring to the glove issue, maybe it is standard procedure?

I do not see any 'Mississipi redneck comments here;' only suggestions and rebuttal. I think that the only person who is being deliberately obtuse, not listening or understanding alternate points of view is the OP. I think that the OP is being offensive herself, especially with the redneck comment.

@violated28 I think that while stereotypically many people in the deep south hate anyone who is different, it is unfair to say that everyone from the deep south is the same. It should never be okay to victimise someone or a group of people because of race, religion, location, etc. Unfortunately, this means that you should not retaliate either.

If you are here to get assisstance, I think that initially good points were raised. From what you have described, it does not seem that the doctors were being malicious, but were hesitant to offend you. When I go to the doctor, they always wear gloves.

Hate to be the devil's advocate (especially when I know next to nothing about your situation), but is there actually room for the kids in your local school.
I have a hard time believing this actually happened; that someone could be that bloody rude and disgusting. I am tempted to call troll.

If this did happen... I do not condone the behaviour of the employee is supposedly hitting you (which I have a hard time believing). However, if the smell was really that bad, do you blame people for leaving the restaurant to escape the smell? It was really discourteous of you. If you know you have this problem, it would be polite to manage it to cause the least distraction to other people by going outside or into the toilet. If gas is really that bad, there is a problem with your food intake. Not everything at Subway is healthy; if you were trying to eat healthy you should not be eating two sandwiches with triple butter, tripple mayo, and two handfulls of cheeze and bacon.
They may be avoiding installing a self serve machine because they are afraid people would steal drinks; that happens most places around here where there is self serve machines. Just be patient; I am sure that they are not doing it deliberately.

It is a bit harsh to say that it would be the company's fault if someone choked for lack of a drink. It would be likely that someone choking would have something lodged in their throat, and the best way to get rid of this would be a thump on the back or the Heimlich manouver. I am not sure which is the most current and acceptable method.

I know that I am not perfect, but you really do need to use punctuation. If you were to write a formal complaint or suggestion letter to the company, they would not take you seriously if you wrote like you have in this complaint.

The remark about the gay bar is totally irrelevant. Was the picture of the first burger or second? I am having a little bit of trouble understanding your complaint; were both burgers raw, or just the first one?

I think that it is somewhat unfortunate, but totally normal. I have bought phones in the past and have seen them months later for cheaper. You cannot help but kick yourself, but they are there to make money after all
They do not have to offer ANY discount. It is not unpatriotic to stop offering a discount. However, it is a little bit odd that they are not removing the offer for all veterans
Great wall of text. I found it difficult to read this complaint without any paragraph breaks

Big deal; they forgot NAPKINS. Mistakes happen. When you realised they forgot the napkins, why did you not check that everything else was there as well? I really do not think there is a need to be so rude over a simple error.

SORRY I have no idea why this was posted to the wrong complaint!

Shops open on holidays because of customer demand. If no customers went shopping, the shops would not open! When I used to work at McDonalds, every Good Friday a gentleman would come in, complain that we were being disrespectful and then spend $50.

Wow. For those with little patience or time, the original complainer ordered items at McDonalds, and the total shown on the receipt was greater than the sum of the individual parts.

I have one question, could the problem be caused by tax that is not shown on the register? I do not understand French so I cannot read the receipt.

Is it official policy that ALL employees must speak botb English and Spanish to work at that store? Did the manager mean to be rude, or was he actually trying to be helpful by telling you that no one in the store could speak Spanish well?

My guess is that the caterpillar found its way into the food at some other place. Maybe the caterpillar was in the packaging for the lettuce

Ok, I thought that he may have been trying to tell, in bad Spanish, that no one was there who had the ability to help you
It is probable that the attendant did not see you. As the above commenter said, the tables are not intended to be slept on. You may have been injured, but it was not totally the airlines fault. What would you have done if it were another passenger?

Did you buy the meat before the expiry date? Stores require receipts so they can make an effort to stop people from stealing food and returning it for money. In this case, they may have wanted your receipt so they could work out when you bought it. If you had bought it before the expiry date, then you would have no cause to return it. I ALWAYS check the expiry date of meat before I buy it

I find it a bit suspicious as well. I have a few questions.
1. Did you go to the specified store?
2. Where did the coupon come from?
3. Why did you get the coupon?
The poster did not specifically mention that there was no apology from the 'guilty' flight attendant
