@original poster - That sounds like you bought a counterfeit mx15, I have one [though mine was specked to what I wanted. The main hardware is the same though] for 6 years now. Nothing has gone wrong with it. Only time something like a bsod happens the answer is simpler than claiming foul on the company. In fact it was always a virus that causes bsod as part of its programming via the video card. Mine came pre installed with world of Warcraft wraith of the Litch king, which was a option for custom build and regular mx15 laptops. Any time I spoke to customer support via email, phone, or live chat I have had nothing but perfectly nice and accommodating assistance from them. They even once offered to send a tech out to replace my motherboard [refused it cause it was the power adapter not the motherboard and explained the checks i did to prove it was the adapter] for free and not charge me for the part 1 hour after I hung up. The cord arrived a week later cause it was from the warehouse, but still didn't have to pay a cent for it. Tothis day Istill strongly support Alienware and Dell. In fact we use dell for alot of our computer needs and they have been EXCEPTIONALY helpful in supporting our demanding needs [we don't demand from them just the work we do is important].
While this story is sketchy cause of missing data, i am ROFL at the people calling the op and mrs.irate saying they are trolls. you need to enter a new key every time. unless your account is linked to your norton client. then it will auto link the timer. if you dont have a account it is manual entry.
It isn't their fault, you admitted to placing 2 orders. Which means you chose to buy 2 renewals. This is one of those oh i did it but the company should have discerned my error.

@OP - I have never had a issue with imvu. while i havent bummped into some of the "vigilanti" admin before it isnt as evil as the above complaints say,
since imvu has changed allot of things in their permissions of content creators (i have to read these because i am a CC) if another user finds your content of creation to be offensive and inappropriate for imvu in general (this means it should not be used in imvu at all) or you did not specify that it is copyrighted by the proper people. than you open yourself to review by the administrators and possibly banned. when they enacted this rule i went back and put the copyright information on all my works. by doing so i protect my self from dcma violation and imvu violation,
@imvusucks109 - Um if you never played or used imvu before than how do you know any of that to make a hypothetical scenario? sounds to me like your a complaint troll who wants attention. unless your doing it to avoid people knowing it is you who had that problem and don't want us to know.
this sounds fishy, i had a account with them. i canceled with no issues. while i was a member they did not ask me for money, and the videos worked fine. check your internet, there might be a receiving issue with viewing videos online.
This sounds like a fake review, while some of the info is true. Viruses are not, while on the Internet no matter where you go there is a chance of getting a virus. when a company states they are virus free, that means when you link to them you wont get any. if you go to another webpage or have a add on that a virus "likes" they will go after that program linked to the Internet. i could claim that complaints board gives me viruses. But that would be false since i have 7 tabs open and I'm using a public wifi. Public wifi is not safe to link to due to possibility of getting a virus. I know i wont cause i have good protection. Though i will get some i don't know i have.
just found this response, was the game marked new? or pre-owned? sounds like you didnt get ripped off but were sold a preowned by accident. this happens,
though i once bought a brand new game and it was missing items from the company and not gamestop. If you mentioned it to the clerk [manager] the next day you bought it from they 99% of the time will replace it with a good copy [with the codes in it]. also did you check any inserts? sometimes the code is hidden by the manufacturer [maby intended to be hidden?].
this is a case of did you play it or not. if you didnt play it and just opened it they 50% of the time give you the full price as a swap [i.e. they will swap it for a game of the same price.] or will refund you 1/2 or 1/4th the original price. from what i can tell you were charged 85% from original price. which means they found issues with the disc that reduces the value. this means you had 35% that were restock and repair costs. this adds up to less money for you.
i finaly got to this coment today. depending when you ordered it, you may be processing cause it isnt released yet. i just ordered a game just yesterday that is processing and will be processing till oct 5th when the game comes out. if this was after it came out that means they are finding the product you asked for. REMEMBER: companies that send products via the web will not send out or pick up on sat/sun [while mail does get delivered on sat no packages will unless they come with the mail]. so the fact it was still processing means they have yet to chat with the designated company to ship with cause its a non work day.
i have never had issues with them. infact they rush deliver my stuff when i tell them i can wait 7 days for normal shipping.
@SanguineIMVU it may appear that way but that is not true. Soon as you receive the auto reply stating they receive it they actually examine the ticket. that takes time to gather the evidence, this usually takes a few days. unless it is a case they have it in one place then it takes minutes. Then they review the data. it sounds like they could not find a discrepancy. what's the situation of yours?
i just found this post and it seems fishy. if this is true then more should be seeing this error if we did the same quests. but i looked at the pictures and i noticed some discrepancies. there is a slight change in the textures which means these were faked. sorry to say but if you are telling the truth then you should tell blizzard ent through the help bug report.

this is clear if you read the whole tos and the line before that line stating disclaimer.
Aeria Games HAS been known to be verry receptive if you are kind to them. if you coment like "you banned me and i did nothing wrong. you are the worst company" or something like that, then yeah they dont have an obligation to answer you.
now if you said it this way "I logged in today and cant log into my account. the system says i was banned. From what i know i have not done anything wrong." 75-95% of the time they will answer you and begin the unban process if they find it was a false ban.
@nickielh good luck i am still trying to get bbb to understand they LIED to them about not having a us base which means they cant claim non us base laws. my complaint was about them HIDING facts from their players about it being a demo and not a whole game like the ads say "play for free at..." which means i dont have to pay a dime to play the whole game.

@ironicalynot - might want to research your activision comment. if you read activision blizzard is a sub devision of their company. while blizzard ent is a separate company not affiliated with activision. If activision was in control of world of warcraft i think we would worry more about our game since they are more corporate than blizzard ent in how they make games.
this is common but there is some things you can check to see if the code was forgotten or was used.
1. was the game brand new?
if yes then you can go back to the store and explain it. i once had this happen for a game that should have had a poster in it. told one of the clerks [it was actually the manager] a few days later [only noticed cause the webpage said it had one and i matched the cover of mine to that one online they were exact.] they told me they would hand me the poster. the clerk went to one of the similar games and got it from a brand new one and relabeled it used.
2. was it used [would say pre-owned]? if yes then the code is not there. the original owner used the code then decided they didn't want the game do to it being not as expected or they beat it. [the beat n return is very common.] since they used the code, even if they left it in the box it is useless due to being used.
that is all i can tell you. calling them [gamestop] doesn't work cause they have to say certain things over the phone. In person they can say more if its a nice person[also if you are kind to them they will be nice back.]

i know for a fact that we get dev tokens. if you dont have a dev token you cant make items. this was done i belive so people cant derive off other's work and make copies. this way imvu doesnt have to get involved with a copyright dispute or theft arguement.
as for the credit offers, read the rules of each sponser. if the sponser states that you need to do say 30 day trial, and you dont do the offer completely than imvu wont get a offer completed signal from that company. which means they do not have a obligation to give you the credits. if it was take a survey and thats it then they give you credits soon as the company sends the completed signal. this as it states on the offer page around 30 days be payed out. if it is beyond 30 days than you contact support with the details of the offer and the pay log that you get when you complete the offer [there is a log of earned credits that you need to redeem in order for it to register in your account]. if you have redeemed the credits but it did not get counted than contact support with the data.
well there is a logical explanation for this. There are people who think its fun to open it in store and steal the stuff inside. then put the opened game back. what has the managers said when this was pointed out? something sounds strange about your complaint. i know for a fact they check every game box [if its sealed or not] in the store after they close and before they open. only exception is midnight release days they dont check till after the release is over.
oh that yes that IS store policy. if you pre order it is inside the box but it comes to the store from the company in 2 ways i have been told. preorder [in box] or seperate.
