@ ruth and kevin, oh i didnt want to point that out but yes i picked up on that too. i know they have had this policy for over 12 years maybe longer. its not a new concept that they dont keep new games in the box. too many steal that. OP if you want it cheaper then go to a place that has used games like amazon or ebay. it is new but cheap.
@imvuscammers, while some of what you say is true, the parts about not socializing unless your comfortable with the person. IMVU has been doing alright. they have not scammed money off those who haven't scammed them. if you did then you probably did something against the tos that damaged their systems.
anyone else notice the OP points out in the complaint company details beta? if its beta it is not the same server some times. when you use a beta viewer it sometimes glitches and does not report it properly.
@ maria-carlatnest0
Interesting to say when we have no clue what the suit is for. What did you "allegedly" do to get banned? sometimes there are hiccups in the link going into their servers causing it to think their is a hacking of a account and locks it down.
@_COS_,
yeah you got scammed and hacked. IMVU doesnt ask for money unless you failed to pay for services you are currently paying for via a subscription. sounds like you went to a fake webpage and put in your code and name, they scammed people then put services on your account that was not put into your bank account. which means your in debt $188. they only act nasty if you are nasty to them. they are kind to those who are kind to them. you did something wrong that your not telling us. whats the whole story?
@sweetsT
um the op said they bought it and are not under age. what needs to be ap only? what rule needs fixing and when did AP rooms come in this complaint?
just found this complaint [ages later] and im disappointed you guys didnt read the fine print of the ads. they say on the comercials, and ads "participation may varry" or "at participating stores". check with your local store before pre-ordering if they are getting the promotional items. if not then you need to find one that does. if you did go to one that is participating then you missed the line in the ads that state "while supplies last". if you picked it up within the first 48 hours then you are guaranteed to get the bonus/pre-order goodies.
on the point of online, they have a part you missed. did you select the normal game or the collectors? did you do it before the bonus advertisement expired?
if on the last question you answered 1 day after the "if you pre-order now you get" bonus time frame then you get the non bonus collector or regular game.
in both situations it is NOT Gamestop's fault for not "providing" you with the bonus items.
Is it me or these complaints sound more like "user" error than company?
@ Johno141 - there is a nifty button called decline or report. when you find someone rude and offensive like that use it. this is why i "practice" not accepting any chat requests from anyone but those i am friends with. i know how they talk and respond. so if they out of the blue don't act the way i know i can report their account stolen.
so i never meet these low lifes you speak of i have my account "stealthed" aka no one but friends can see me. this prevents them from waltzing into my room or interrupting me while im working on things.
@ OP
You mention you have a subscription with them.
You do know that there is a setting in your norton account that reads "auto renew subscription".
the fact that they billed you means in the past you had norton and Failed to unsubscribe before switching to Kaspersky.
this is only based on what your telling us.
as for contacting them if you go to the norton site and select your region then you can find in contact us their contact information.
infact here i went to the norton site to find the information. https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/info
Norton/Symantic on your my norton account has a setting called automatic renewal. check to see if this is checked. if it is then legally your bound by the auto-renewal contract and they can decide if it is a refund or "user mistake" issue.
@OP,
Norton sent a email out before the auto renewal feature was put online. then when it went online they sent another email stating that "you have been automatically set to auto-renew your subscription to make things easier for you to not have to worry about your protection...If you wish to disable this feature please log in to your mynorton account before [insert month before expiration date] to prevent you from incurring renewal charges. Thank You for choosing Norton AntiVirus."
If you didnt act when this was sent out then you have agreed due to not following their warning of the auto renew activation. by not logging in and disabling the feature you are telling them "ok i agree for you to renew my subscription."
@ immodest,
while it doesnt have to do with the airport it DOES warn others of a bad place to stop over. this in turn will allow others who read this to plan flights that do not stop in stansted airport.
Issue is solved, you admitted he was not sitting down (and sounds like you were not urging him to sit down to eat them). This is pure child neglect. NEXT.
Lucky you, i havent been able to get to skylanders.com skylands since they launched it with the first game. soon as spyro was put in the whole game froze and would never reconnect. so i havent gotten a chance to play it.
i only use programs that are free from majorgeeks.com; they are made to be user friendly. malwarebytes.org is the main page for malwarebytes a anti virus/malware/adware finder that so far since i learned of it has 99% of the time defeated all intrusions to my pc. adware/spyware/malware/viruses/hacking stopped and blocked before they could do damage. Though the company now does month service for premium i got mine back when it was for life. so im not paying for mine.
even though its pay to protect now for premium malwarebytes the normal version is free but will not have all the protection premium has. you get premium for free for a month or two. it is worth the money ether way. it should help you keep your pc clean.
rule of thumb, dont trust programs that you have not seen alot of good reviews on. pc helper unfortunatly from reviews i seen and heard is a BAD program. some who have it dont have issues but thats about 15% of the users.
2 day package means buissness days. fedex does not deliver sat/sunday [some times they do deliver sat]. if the sender has the wrong address and gives them the wrong address then this error could happen. if they do have the right one when they print the package label then it is a discrepency with the printer or someone read the label wrong.
This is not really a complaint against lookout. If the phone does not have enough memory for a update it will stall a installation/update to a app. If you forgot your password for google then you need to do a reset. i have had many apps stop installing on me and checked the space cause the error said "insufficient space". removed things i dont need and the update restarted/resumed in seconds with no issue.
this isnt really a gamestop fault. you are able to go to poweruprewards.com and log in to your account. IF the phone number is the newest one when you presented your card and no other number is listed then it should be under the new one.
if it has other numbers then they will use the last number you reserved on. which means it is your error not gamestop. This can happen if you dont check this part of the account can cause lots of issues when ordering.
@sassy lady - she says "in the terms and conditions" which means they did read it. The fact that they are stating here that they were "blind sided" by the fees. They did not see these terms in the TOS. they are supposed to have these listed on the webpage for any charges.
the site may have been a fake site that isnt affiliated with visa which would explain it. dub-out it though.
sealed empty bottle? realy? check youtube there is a video on how to fake it being sealed and empty. its a scam. as for the non normal objects in the bottles when it is packaged there not there. so someone has a machine that can reseal them not affiliated with coke or its a bad factory. i bet its the 3rd party tampering.
@upsetparent - you obviously have not seen more than a few minutes of the show. i have watched every episode since it first aired. Winx club is correct being in nick Jr. winx club is about believing in your self and striving to prove to your self that you can do anything as long as you don't stop believing in their your own abilities. the bad guys range from many walks of life. vampires might be one of the races in the universe of winx club. in each season the main character bloom and her friends face challenges just like we do that makes them not believe in their abilities. soon as they over come the set backs and recall believing in them self they can overcome anything. the fact that you believe its all about vampires means you haven't done research into the show at all.
@poster- Please research the show. it is about fairies not vampires who learn to believe in themselves to learn what they can do to overcome a situation. THIS is instilling the thought of "you can do anything you put your mind to it" i have seen the series since season 1 episode 1 the vampires of the winx universe are new characters, but the main group [the winx] are fairies.
Nickelodeon aka nick screens every series they put on tv. the ones chosen for nick jr. are chosen to be 98% capable of teaching stuff that is beneficial to kids.
That actually is listed in the TOS that you signed back on 2014. it is due to being liable to make errors if its not mentioned that the account is closed. though the account existence is rarely lost. if it is that means that you were one of the 1 : 9 mil users who fall into the digital void during a upgrade to the cable company's computers. at&t actually had my families data 3 years later do to us being a really old customer. its rare but its known. they rewarded me for returning to them with discounts, my neighbor who had the same service as me [packages from at&t] was paying more than me. which is extremely rare. i was lucky, how? simple i was kind and nice to them. since i am a old customer and was happy in the past i praised them. in return they were nice to me and did everything they could to keep me as a customer. they even had a tech come the next day AND at the exact time i mentioned i was home. the technician was nice told me stuff that Comcast [who had their site right next door] did not tell me about how Comcast's signal entered my area. [this result may varied on your local at&t state site rules]
@isaac during merges if items are lost and you don't keep accurate records [time purchased, item purchased, when received, and when it went missing. then they take that information and compare it against the character data they can access [what inventory items, and what items you have acquired, did they sync to the data, ] If they cant find anything on it then they have no real obligation to return it. they keep backups of your data from what i was last told from a gm. so if the data matches your data and what you provided they have to send it to another team for verification. if it fails the 2nd verification you get the generic compensation items like you did.
Also this site cant help with customer support for Aeria games. they are a separate entity. You can only warn people here. In the tos it tells you this might happen [data loss on their end] and you should keep a lot of records to prove your correct.
@ op
when you sign up with any company there is in the contract a line that says "after the free trial term your bill will revert to the listed price." then later on it states. "If you wish to discontinue the premium channels please contact us before trial is over. If you do not you will incur the monthly fee for the next month till you request cancellation". sounds like you waited 91 days to cancle which means you are contract bound for another month. the first reduction was just them being nice. the second time they had a right to refuse since you appear by your story to "skip out" of your contract with them.
