Every package that is shipped by UPS has a tracking number. With that number you can go to the UPS web site, put in the number and it will tell you where the package is.

If Dimout.com won't give you the tracking number, they never shipped it and are ripping you off.
If you paid by a credit card, contact your card holder. Tell them that Dimout has not given you your items and dispute the charges.

You'll get your money back. Good luck!
What a nightmare. From your post, it seems that they flag any out of state purchases to deter possible credit card theft. Obviously they do a good job of it. I never heard of a traveling policy having to tell a bank when you're going out of state to shop. On the other hand, If your card was stolen and someone tried to make out of state purchases, you would be thanking them.
According to Overstocks site:

"When you call to make a claim with your Platinum Protection Plan offered by Overstock.com, you will be asked a few questions to best determine if trouble shooting can help, or if the product is broken. If the product is broken, a prepaid label will be emailed to you so you can send in your product, or you will be set up with a service center in your area. If your item is not able to be repaired, an in-store credit will be issued to your account for the purchase price of your item so that you are able to buy a replacement of your choice."

It seems like that is the only way to get full price. You said they sent you a check. Did you not want the in-store credit for the full purchase price? Nothing is mentioned about depreciation.

Though they said 15 minutes at first, the pharmacist might have been busy filling other prescriptions that came in before you. They are also allowed to talk to each other while working. You sound very impatient counting the minutes it took them to do each process. 28 minutes is not long at all for a walk in. Hope you son is feeling better.

What a scary story. At least he is still alive. Why didn't you leave your number on the 12th of March? Did your dog have an ID chip? Did he have a license? Hopefully the new adoptees will understand and returm him to you. I wish you and Rudy a speedy reunion. Good luck!
Pay what you owe them fast. You would have been making the payments anyway right?
If you can't be there to sign for a package, notify UPS and tell them to hold it at their depot for customer pickup. Then pick it up on your time. If you can't do that, don't have anything shipped to you that requires a signature.

If you're still waiting for Ford to get the module, try an internet search for it. I just did and autopartswarehouse.com has some. You didn't say what year your F150 was, so check it out. I have found parts for my older Jeeps online when the dealer can't or wants triple the money.
Good Luck!

My son bought a Xbox video game. In order to play on-line he had to buy Xbox live time. The minimum time you can buy Xbox live is three months. He didn't bother to renew it. Three months later I got a bill on my credit card like yours. I went to Microsoft Xbox live on the internet and there is a customer support number. I called and the very nice representative there explained that they automatically sign you up for an automatic yearly renewal even though you only wanted to try it for three months. I caught this error before 30 days passed, they refunded the full amount. Good Luck!
They are the first lien holder on your home. They want to make sure their investment doesn't depreciate.
"If the work completed is less then the amount of the check 21st Mortgage keeps the remaining balance."
Ask them if that balance goes towards paying off what you owe.
Stay away from Jiffy Lube. They do not have ASE certified mechanics.

I decided to try Jiffy Lube as I saw they offered 4 x 4 service. They said they had everything to do my Jeep right. Proper oil / filter change and full chassis, 4 x 4 drive train lube. The worker first starts draining the motor oil then stands in the pit under the Jeep for a few minutes doing nothing. I asked him, anything wrong? He says I don't have grease fittings so he can't do the chassis or 4 x 4 drive train lube. I pointed out all the grease fittings underneath and noticed he had that caught in a lie look on his face.
Realizing I am talking to someone who is trying to scam me, I decided to stop right there and said fine, OK, just change the oil and filter.
I made sure the worker put the oil pan drain plug back in correctly. Putting it back wrong is another famous Jiffy Lube trick of their trade.

The oil filter on the 4.0 liter, in-line 6 motor has Metric threads. Next to the threads on the filter it is marked Metric. The worker is spending about 10 minutes looking for my filter. I asked him if he was having a problem. He said no. Finally I see him having a difficult time screwing a simple filter on and go over and ask him to let me see it. He turns it over and it is the wrong filter marked USA next to the threads. He then admits they didn't have the correct Metric thread filter. So instead of telling me they don't have the correct filter, the worker tries to screw on a US thread filter for a V8 engine and nearly cross threaded the engine side permanently!
I told him to put my old filter back on, put in new oil and then complained to the manager. I was not charged for the oil.

Had I not known what is right and correct to do, I would have been ripped off for a 4 x 4 chassis lube I never got, and had a wrong oil filter put on that would eventually cause me motor problems later on as I drove. Jiffy Lube is a scam.

If Directv's policy is to save the credit card number of every payment made to them to use for future usage in case they ever need to collect a debt, then you should be complaining to your friend that owes them quite a bit of money and hasn't paid them. The world needs more friends like you.

You bought this in July 2010. You waited too long if you used Ebay, Paypal or a credit card.
He stalled you till you can't do anything short of his locality small claims court. Keep all receipts, email and letters. Try contacting his local police. If it was originally shipped to you USPS, it is interstate fraud.
Thanks for warning us.

I feel sorry for the server Casey having to put up with rude customers like you and your husband. You deserved much more then just having plates slammed down on your table. And that goes for you and you.
If you go to their website Frequently Asked Questions, you will find this:

6. I received my vehicle and there are additional damages, undercarriage and other latent defects not visible in the pictures. What can I do?

All vehicles displayed on our website are sold “as-is”, therefore there is no recourse. We understand undercarriage and other latent defects are not visible in the photographs. Customers must understand that salvage vehicles may have latent defects (e.g. undercarriage damage, under hood damage, etc.). Ridesafely.com and its affiliated dealers are NOT aware of latent defects of any vehicle. Insurance Auctions do not provide us or our affiliated dealers with damage reports and/or full descriptions and histories of their vehicles. All information provided by the Insurance Auctions to our authorized affiliate dealers is displayed on the site. Vehicles might also have been previously repaired. Ridesafely.com and its affiliate dealers 1) are NOT aware of repairs performed, and 2) can NOT comment on the craftsmanship of repairs, it performed, on any vehicle. Please, place your offers with cognizance!

They sell wrecked, even totaled cars for insurance companys. Your car is good for parts if you want to repair a 2009 BMW 328i.
You state "a latch is definitely worn and defective with no mechanism to prevent it from popping open." Every U-haul trailer has holes on the latch to put a lock. The lock is your responsibility to provide. Some-U-haul sites even sell locks. With the light weight load you put in that 6 x 8 trailer it was probably bouncing all over the road and that unsecured latch opened. Regardless, it is your responsibility to make sure your trailer and its contents were secure. Same thing if you put the car seats on your roof racks and didn't tie them down.

If you bought it on Ebay, contact Ebay and file ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. If you did not wait too long, you will get your money back. If you buy on Ebay, take time to read the rules that protect you from scam artist.
