Turn it off! You people must NOT have a life.
In most complaints you see here concerning Santander, they were not the original creditor. Santander bought the loan from HSBC, Citifinancial, Drive and other mortgagers.

Oh yes I am sure they will be missing that $1.49. I guess you told them, ha.

Can't you go online and at least remove the service you are being charged for? At least that would stop them billing you for it.
Those are Indian scammers working out of India. Ignore anything they ask for.
I would suggest you take a look at your credit report. Your mortgage company may have declared you late on a payment.

beatthedebtcollector, in instances dealing with US companies your site may be of assistance. However, these are scammers operating out of India. They don't care about US laws or FDCPA rules. All they want is some poor sap to feel threatened and send them money. You can look up Cash Advance America and they use a bunch of ither different names. Same method of perpetuating a scam, same names and same phone numbers.

You can also contact your state attorney general to file a complaint and file a complaint with the FTC.

If you look at the Western Union website, they also warn you about these scams.
You knew they were closing and YOU are complaining about them. You are the rude ones
Kind of weird to have a "strong" ethical feelings about meat and eat at a place called Steers.

Call these ### again and they will tell you another lie. These ### know they took the vehicle. They are the lowest ### of the earth and need to be closed and their employees locked up in the slammer. You will need an attorney to deal with these jerks. I have a relative who did and that was the only way he could get any justice.

I think the interest rate is around 100%, so yes, it's high as hell.

Just wait until you see her credit report. They will also do a number on that and take joy in it. They are the lowest form of ### when it comes to auto loans. You may want to consider getting a consumer attorney to handle these jerks. They are good at lying to you over the phone by promising you something and then when they don't deliver..you call back and they act like it's the first time they heard. They know contracts have to be in writing to be enforceable and play on that. I can tell you, this is only the beginning of this horrible roller coaster ride. Take a look at all the complaints on this website (type only the word Santander) and you will see what I mean.
That would depend on where you live. The OP doesn't provide that, but in a major city, where many of the Steers are located there are many options. Then there is always..the eat at home option instead of ### about everything.
The waitress gave him the wrong burger. Mistakes do happen. Live with it

You're much too trusting. There have been many cases where baggage handlers ahve stolen good out of luggage. That's like leaving a $500 bill in a suitcase.

Challenge was made, post the proof the comments were made or you have ZERO credibility.
If he ordered veggie, and she brought him beef is that not considered a mistake by the waitress?
Not a vegatarian, so wouldn't know. It's just a silly little complaint to me. It's not like the OP had a Vegatarian neon sign and they purposely gave a beef burger.

Seems a bit jealous of Fed Ex. His two burger flipping jobs pay less than the Fed Ex pays its drivers. Not only that, he is a bad driver hitting a poor innocent deer.
