He wants to make sure there was something wrong with it. It also might be because if he returns it to his supplier, he can get a credit for the bad merchandise. I recommend you leave a bad amazon seller review. Those reviews can mean the life of someone's amazon business.

I guess it depends on if you had your receipt. If you had your receipt then the manager should have replaced it. If you didn't have your receipt then that is your fault, I'm afraid.
I didn't know twitter had customers. Twitter actually makes you pay for things?

I hope you sent what you put up there to the actual website.

Exactly as jenaleee said, what they do on their off time is none of your business. And really, who are you to pass judgement on others? You are not better than any of them.

I suggest people rent video games before purchasing them.

And to be honest, many businesses don't let you return opened merchandise at all. I suggest selling your used game on amazon or something like that. It may get you a better profit.

I assume you don't order pizza from other companies often? The majority of pizza places charge that $2.50 delivery fee (including Dominos, which I see you mentioned), and so do other food companies. It does not matter where you are located, I'm afraid.

You must live near a poor plato's closet, as the one I live near usually has decent clothes (usually). Of course they pay out poorly. That is how their clothes that they sell are so discounted. You don't get to decide what is "outdated" or not. They decide that based on what is selling. Certain styles or brands may sell for years while another style or brand is considered "outdated" in a few weeks. I suggest donating your clothes to Goodwill. It's doubtful someone will buy used clothing for even half of what it was paid for new.
Employees shouldn't act like that. Unfortunately, it's an entry level job that requires no degrees and pays minimum wage. It's likely it offers little incentive to strive for the best.

They often pay minimum wage, require no degrees, offer little incentive, et cetera. Employees shouldn't act like that but unfortunately being slightly rude to customers isn't enough to warrant discipline in a lot of entry-level jobs.
Dawn and Melissa are smart people. Really... complaining about a strip club? REALLY? You're paying for women to pretend they want you near them, of course they hound you for money!

"if everyone would stop going there than, it would cease to exist. But americans want everything cheap, so i doubt its going to happen anytime soon."

Or you know, they can't afford to shop elsewhere. Trust me, if I didn't have to shop there I sure wouldn't. The one near where I live is really dirty. D:
You do not pay for twitter (most likely, if somehow you do you should look into that), and therefore are not entitled to anything on it. You are a guest on their site, you do not have a right to your twitter account.
I personally would never buy one of those mattresses due to the heat factor, but I'll let you know a few things about them. The store should let you do a re-select for free, seeing as germs are transferred into mattresses and it's very un-hygenic to resell a mattress. I suppose the sheets and pillows came free with the bed, so when you return the bed you must pay to keep those sheets and pillows (but they should let you return those as well). And you could eliminate the pick-up fee if you drop it off yourself (if they let you of course). Good luck finding a better bed!

The lady could have been more polite, but you were the one that made the mistake. Those pharmacy workers aren't instructed to know what you're other insurance cards are for, they just know right and wrong.

I have never been charged on iTunes for anything other than things I intended to buy. But I understand others may not feel the same.

When items get discontinued, it's often by their manufacturer.
Tastes the same to me. Maybe your tastes have changed? Stop drinking it to punish them.

Are you sure it wasn't counterfeit? I've seen a lot of those.

A few things:

You must have had a bad teller because I was told up front about the printing fee.

And that debit charge is soon going to happen with every bank because of law changes.

Though I agree that you should have your money if it's passed the ten days.

They could have put the wrong label on it. Call a physician or the search online for what the brand name should look like.

If the wrong MD wrote it, that sounds like more of the doctor's fault than the pharmacy. Unless there was someone with the exact same first and last name. Like Brenda said, all that matters is the meds. It's possible the pharmacy had to call and verify with another MD.

They are required to let you take time off. However, no job is required to pay you for it (unless it's in your contract).

First of all, you should include who sold you the car and who repaired it.

Second of all, it's pretty well known that Hyundai timing belts go out around 60, 000 miles. A bad timing belt can destroy your engine. Do your research before buying a car. It's not like it's a secret.
