I recently purchased a movie from SummerTime26 through Amazon.com. This disc had two obvious defects. As it was second hand I assume someone had watched it. It should have been discarded, not resold. The seller refused to send a replacement until I went to the bother of sending it back. What does he want it for, to sell it to someone else?
He wants to make sure there was something wrong with it. It also might be because if he returns it to his supplier, he can get a credit for the bad merchandise. I recommend you leave a bad amazon seller review. Those reviews can mean the life of someone's amazon business.
