Also, went to Oprah's webpage and e-mailed her in hopes of her doing something about this. As the people, together, we can take them down.
I have sent there product back knowingly I will not be refunded. With all the complaints, i hope we can make something happen. If People where happy with the marketing tactics this company has dreadfully taken to take advantage of the people, there wouldn't be as many as us. Can we create a petition. Maybe if we are more than a certain amount we could do something major and all get refunded and kill this company's practices.

Maybe any lawyers here would be one to be working for the advantage of these companies. How can we get a list of as many people as possible together that have been treated this way and send it to every state Attorney's General. I would think this might be possible.
The better Business Bureau advised me to do so or more or less, do one myself. The BBB also told me that they have many complaints about the California address.

This is in regards of those beautiful fees we have all received unknowingly caused by a misleading add. Please, all help, try to maybe go to his webpage and lets harrass him with this info. Lets do this, we can make it happen, if not for us, for others like us.
In regards of the internet ripoffs, If you find the add on google adds. you can complain at this address in regards of them beeing more conscious with hom they want to deal with.

Beware to all, they dont like a fight but they refunded somehow. I sent the same e-mail about 50 times for a demand of refund. After a while, i just gave up like most of us would and then there it was. I figure it would not be ethical from my part if i did not mentioned the refund to all of you. Just be carefull of what is out there, people are desperate for money sadly enough and do not care to whom they may hurt. It took probaby about 2 months before the money was in my account. It is hard to know what human beeing are ready to do for there own sakes. We are a sad specie. When can we leave for Pandora or K-Pax. I wonder why it is so hard for us to threat each other with respect. Why not make this living hell a better place. Finally received my money back. What a problem. The funds are in my account and i hope they will stay there. Odly enough, i received another package from them even after receiving an e-mail fom them telling me that they will stop any future delivery's of product.
