You seems to be asking a question, but ...

What is your complaint?

Perhaps you are not aware, but posting messages online and sending e-mail messages that are written in all uppercase (capital) letters is considered "shouting, " and a rude thing to do.

If you need to speak to Ms. Jacqui Rankins, why don't you call her instead of "shouting" online that you need to speak with her? You posted a telephone number along with your message.

This Web site is for posting complaint-type of messages. It isn't for leaving messages for Ms. Jacqui Rankin.

In addition to all of the above, you never stated what your complaint is.

I don't know if you're aware of it, but entering messages online or in an e-mail message in all uppercase letters (all capital letters) is considered to be "shouting" and also very rude.

The subject of a complaint posting is supposed to be the name of the company about which you're complaining. The telephone number (and address) are also supposed to be that of the company about which you're complaining.

You apparently entered your name and e-mail address at the beginning of your message. You also entered a telephone number. Hopefully, the telephone n umber you entered is the number of the company about which you're complaining. You should never enter your e-mail address and telephone number when you're posting a message such as yours. You potentially could get alot of unwanted e-mail messages and telephone calls.

If you didn't apply for a Lowe's credit card, do not call the telephone number.

You might want to go to the Internet Crime Complaint Center Web site and file a complaint. Here's the URL ...

What did you hire the company to do?

Did you investigate the company before you paid them $3000? All you would have had to do is enter "Internet-Reputation-Management.com +complaints" into a search engine such as Google to see if there were any complaints.

Did you purchase the notebook from another company or directly from Acer? If from another company, such as a computer store, have you contacted that entity?

What is wrong with the lens?

Did you purchase the lens from a camera store or directly from Sigma? If you purchased the lens from a camera store, have you contacted that entity?

Have you been to Sigma's call center? How do you know that the customer service reps are busy chatting with their friends on Facebook?

If you have a bad attitude, you'll never resolve the problem.

The subject line of your message says "sold me junk card reader."

What did you buy from the company?

Did you buy a "junk card reader" -- a device that reads junk?

Or did you buy a card reader that is poorly made, not worth the price you paid for it, etc.; i.e., a "piece of junk?'

What is wrong with whatever it is that you purchased? Does it have a warranty? Have you contacted the company from which you purchased the item?

I'm sorry you're having a problem. Complaints Board isn't going to cancel the subscription for you. You have to contact the company about this.
Natalie,

The subject of your complaint is supposed to be the name of the company about which you are complaining, not your name.

The address and telephone number is supposed to be that of the company, not your address and telephone number.

What is the name of the company about which you are complaining?

Have you ever ordered any "free" samples online? Have you ever ordered any "trials" of a product?

Companies offering free samples charge for shipping. Companies offering trials of a product for a small amount of money have very fine (small) print at the bottom of their ads stating that after you receive the sample or free trial, you're going to be sent the product on a regular (subscription) basis, and that you agree to this.

Look at your credit card statement and see if there is a telephone number associated with the charge.

Also, call your credit card company and see if they can help you.

Perhaps you might want to submit your complaint again and provide more information.

You posted your complaint on the Complaints Board Web site.

You didn't submit your complaint to BestBuy.

Complaints Board has nothing to do with the offers you signed up for. You have to contact Disney Movie Club, Netflix, and BestBuy.

I've never been a member of Disney Movie Club, but I do know that Netflix doesn't have contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Have you contacted Rain-Soft to tell them that you've been unable to redeem the certificate?

If the certificate wasn't offered by Rain-Soft, would you still have purchased the water conditioner system?

It's unfortunate that you haven't been able to redeem the certificate, but at least you haven't lost any money on the deal.

Why don't you call T-Mobile and ask them where to get the five-digit number to which you referred in your complaint?
Have you tried any of these e-mail addresses?

Why don't you look in the trouble shooting section of your user manual?

Why don't you call the company's customer support telephone number?
Bronwyn,

The subject of your message is supposed to be the company about which you are complaining, not your name.

The persons reading your complaint have no idea about whom you are complaining or where the company is located.

Did you receive any paperwork when you applied for the loan? Did you read the documents you were asked to sign before you signed them?

The Complaints Board is a Web site on which you can post a complaint about a company. The Web site can't refund your money or give you your loan. You have to contact the company at which you applied for the loan.
Look at your credit card statement online and determine whether or not you were charged shipping.

If you were, and you have the proof in writing that shipping was supposed to be free, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
You wrote "They lie cheat and steal."

Can you please explain what you meant by "they ... steal?"

What did they steal? When did they steal it? From whom did they steal it?

If you think that the governor of California should know about your complaint, why don't you write to the governor?

If you can't get a valid address for the company, how do you know that it is located in California?

How do you know that the person about whom you are complaining is a resident of California?

What's your complaint?

You say that you won't shop at "Wallgreens, " but what about "Walgreens, " the large drug store chain?

Will you shop at Walgreens?

Frank,

Complaints Board is a Web site on which complaints are posted. Complaints Board will not resolve your complaint for you.

Why don't you switch your prescription to another drug store?

Complaints Board is a Web site on which one posts complaints about companies, individuals, etc.

Complaints Board does not investigate or resolve complaints for the person posting the complaint.

Did you ask the pharmacy why they only gave you 10 of the 20 pills?

Your insurance company might only allow the prescribing of a 30-day supply of a medication at a given time. The 20 pills might have been more than a 30-day supply.
Contact your bank immediately and notify them that you lost your ATM card!

By posting your ATM card number on this Web site, you've told the world what your ATM card number is.

Complaints Board is a Web site on which one posts complaints about a company, an individual, etc. It is not a Web site for reporting lost ATM cards. Complaints Board can't resolve your problem for you.
Complaints Board is a Web site on which one posts complaints about companies, individuals, etc.

Complaints Board doesn't help persons resolve their problems.

Your "complaint" appears to be that you lost your cell phone. Why don't you contact your cell phone company and request their assistance? They would be in a better position to assist you than would Complaints Board.

Your posting on Complaints Board doesn't help anyone reading it.

What's your complaint? Why are you upset with the company? What did they do?
