IF YOU BUY A SIGMA LENS AND IT IS FAULTY DON'T EXPECT SYMPATHY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. THEY ARE RUDE, UN-EDUCATED ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND IN A HURRY TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY CHATTING WITH THEIR FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK. ONE WOULD THINK THAT BECAUSE THEY MADE A PRODUCT THAT IS BELOW STANDARDS THAT THEY WOULD BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP YOU OUT. BUT IT IS THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IT IS THE CONSUMER THAT TAKES IT IN THE BACK END WHEN THEY PAY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A PIECE OF CRAP SO CALLED CAMERA LENS.

    Are you aware that typing a message in all uppercase (capital) letters online or in an e-mail message is considered to be "shouting" and is also very rude?

    What is wrong with the lens?

    Did you purchase the lens from a camera store or directly from Sigma? If you purchased the lens from a camera store, have you contacted that entity?

    Have you been to Sigma's call center? How do you know that the customer service reps are busy chatting with their friends on Facebook?

    If you have a bad attitude, you'll never resolve the problem.
