What, specifically, is your complaint? What did the company in question do -- or not do -- that you don't disagree with?

Josh,

You posted your request for a refund on Complaints Board, a Web site on which one posts complaints about businesses and individuals.

Complaints Board doesn't act upon requests for refunds, investigate complaints, etc. They merely provide a forum for posting complaints.

If you want a refund, you have to contact the company in question.

Just because you are the only person in the pharmacy, that doesn't mean that your prescription is the only one that has to be filled. Do you think that you are the only pharmacy customers who needs a prescription?

Physicians call or fax prescriptions to the pharmacy for their patients.

Customers call the pharmacy and request refills to be picked up later in the day.

Customers drop off new prescriptions to be picked up later in the day.

Customers stop by and request refills to be picked up later in the day.

The pharmacist sometimes has to speak with suppliers regarding special orders.
If you don't have a "full replacement value" clause in your policy, you're not going to receive the replacement value for the damaged items.

If you bought something, for instance, 10 years ago, do you honestly expect the insurance company to give the amount of money it would cost to purchase a new version of the item today?!?

Compliaints Board is a Web site on which one posts complaints about businesses and individuals. The Web site doesn't investigate or help resolve complaints.

You said that you posted your complaint because you wanted to try to gather information online for verification of your refund. If you want a refund, you have to contact the company in question.

What you might want to do is go to a search engine (for example, google.com) and type in "Global US Resources" +Complaints. (Include the quotation marks and the +.)

You'll find other complaints about the company that have been posted online. You might also find articles discussing how "envelope stuffing jobs at home" are scams.
If you go to the Game House Web site (www.gamehouse.com), you'll see that you can download some games for free, but that the Fun Pass costs $19.99 per month.

If you have the Fun Pass, you can play games online for free, and you can purchase games for $6.99.

The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.

Why don't you contact customer support at Game House and explain what happened?

I think that Game House might have acquired Real.com; there's a statement on the Game House Web site that says "Welsome Real.com members."

Why in the worls would you want to cancel your credit card when all you have to do is cancel your Game House membership?!?

I've never heard of "Palmer Johnson." Is Palmer Johnson the name of a company? Or the name of an individual?
I'm very sorry, but I'm having difficulty understanding what your complaint means.

Are you saying that an airline baggage handler in either Chicago, Phoenix, or Portland
damaged your suitcase?

You wrote in your complaint that you reported the damage to customer service for USAirways in Portland, and the customer service representative told you that "the heads of damage don't conclude the wheel." I honestly can't figure out what the phrase in quotation marks means. Can you please clarify? Thak you.

What is the name of the company about which you're complaining? Where is the company located?

Is it an online company? If it is, what is the Web address?

You apparently want to cancel something, but what is it that you want to cancel? What, exactly, is your complaint?

Have you contacted your credit card company about unauthorized charges?

A Web page is page of a Web site. A Web site is what one views when one enters a URL (Web address) in their broweser window. How can a lawyer be from a Web page?

Who -- or what -- is KMEDIA? What is a "worker for celebs?" To what site were you referring?

Please clarify what your complaint is.

Did you conntact the company from which you purchased the item?

The problem might be that FedEx never picked up your package from the company.

I've purchased several items online that had a combination FedEx/USPS delivery, and I've never had a problem. FedEx picks up the package from the company from which I placed the order. delivers the package to my local post office, and my letter carrier delivers the package to my house.

The CEO of Capital One Financial Corporation will most likely not see your letter if you post it on the Complaints Board Web site.

You have to mail the letter to Mr. Fairbank at the corporate address you stated at the beginning of your complaint.

If you have a question regarding your phone, why don't you read the manual? Or look for information on the Nokia Web site? Or go the stor where you purchased the phone?

Complaints Board isn't going to tell you how to resolve the problem with your phone.

I'm sorry you're having a problem. Complaints Board can't issue a refund for you. You have to contact libertyclub if you want a refund.
