Florida Blue Insurance review: Mental health referral list

The list I received are outdated. Providers don't take my plan, or new patients.

Very poor provider list.

Florida blue mental support just dums from 0lace to place. You just keep giving your information. Reps little info.

Terrible service for an expensive policy. Poor physical and mental provider list!

When I talk to a rep, they don't understand my issue and they talk over me.
